@CO-Bronco Mark me down as delivered! Arrived at Serramonte Ford on Wednesday, and took delivery on Saturday. Thanks to Sean and Seth for the professional service so far. It's taken about 35 days from shipment.
The only fly in the ointment since delivery is a squeal/almost grinding noise from...
If you're getting it delivered in Chicago, you'll probably wait no more than a week at worst once its shipped. West Coast and HI are a different matter. Hopefully you get yours soon.
My 2-door BB DM escapee has reached its final (presumably) rail destination at Richmond, CA for delivery at my SF Bay Area dealership. Built 7/21 and shipped about 25 days ago. Its finally coming to an end.
Received the photo today (minus roof rails), and shipped last Monday all the way out to the SF Bay Area. I've checked progress twice and it appears verrrry slow. Looking at some replies of folks from MT and other western/mountain states still waiting after a month, I don't feel good about...
Ah come on man! My 2-door is on a train somewhere, and these brand new snakeskin 2.0 tops is the last thing I needed to see. Now I question what's even changed with these 2.0 tops.

What a POS dealership. I'd love to hear the "other side of the story" on this one. The fact that Ford can't do anything about this goes to show how much the dealership lobby has the manufacturers by the b***s.
My 2-door Big Bend is built and sitting on Dirt Mountain for at least another 3-4 months I'd imagine. I really don't want to wait that long. Long story short, for the very specific criteria (dimensions, space, capability) I have for my next car, something like a lightly used E-Pace or XC40 are...
If Ford sues Webasto and takes them to the cleaners over this, it could play out quite interestingly for all the other brands that use them for tops. Oh the ugly board-room schemes that could be cooked up over this lol!
It just occurred to me (and hopefully many others here) that I haven't really come across any YT or written reviews about the overall performance of the base suspension in the lower trims. Nothing substantial other than short on-road impressions anyway. Pretty much every bronco seen at off-rodeo...
same exact situation for my build. No idea what the bottom date means. maybe they weren't technically fully built and were waiting on a replacement top or chips?
Got mine a couple days ago. My Bronco has technically been built this past week, so I'm not sure if there's some logic to who gets these. That's unless they've flagged my MIC top and sent me to MIC jail, and decided to soothe the wound. I guess I'll keep the sticker at the very least.
Looks like they're responding to the Google reviews. Looks like they didn't realize what all these negative reviews were about, or they're just acting coy about it. LOL
There's really no point advertising a car to the world when its only sold to 2 countries, and they're barely able to deliver them to those countries. Maybe in another 4 years lol
