The 6112 has coils and will fit either. You can get just the 6100's without coils and reuse your non sasquatch badlands. Any trim that came with hoss 1.0 you can not reuse though.

I'm more curious about the construction of the top under the shadow black exterior layer. Is it still reisen and cardboard like the MIC or fiberglass like a jeep top? Is it just white paint on the inside or different materials in construction?

You shouldn't need the control arms. As for if the shocks will turn out right depends on the specific badlands they came from. Different options have different springs. Can be unpredictable when it comes to lift height and such.

I don't see any honeycomb. So either its painted over with white paint, or it's different. Looks more like the inside of a jeep.

Is it just a different layer on the outside, or totally different construction all the way through? In other words is it still just epoxied cardboard with a plastic layer on the outside?

Wind buffeting and stuff like that while driving causing vibrations that separate the outer layer of plastic from the inner wafer board. It is a very thin layer, and a lot a times they skipped on the epoxy holding it all together.
