I purchased those with the other parts I got from Amazon. The threaded portions aren't really long enough; I ended up not using them. Recommend you search for a different manufacturer.

I didn't remove the rails, just slid the guards over the ends. There's a bit of a trick to it, getting the correct angle to align the guards while sliding them between the rail and the wheel well / bottom attachment point.

Not sure if @Packman is still monitoring his thread... :) Does the Brandmotion use the OEM 16 pin harness that is plugged into the stock mirror? From the install instructions, that doesn't appear to be the case so...if the Brandmotion doesn't, what did your installer do with the OEM harness?
