Yep, just look at aviation. There are no normally aspirated engines at altitude... no power. You need either a jet engine (basically a few turbos put together), or a turbo piston engine .... turbos enable you to take thin air, and compress it to add more o2 for combustion (the dumbed down and...
May be my favorite so far. Love the part where they follow a super modded truck on 40” SS making all kinds of noise.... then quietly make it up with no fuss. Glad I went with the manual 2.3! Both set ups have their advantages, but 2.3 for me all day. Thanks for posting!
I can understand looking for input to help you decide, but at the end of the day you should just get what YOU want, not what other people say you should want... that’s my input for you. It’s your vehicle and your money... get what makes you happy, and screw what the morons on here say or think...
never mind, found it! Available q4 2021! Just made my day, thought we’d have to wait a couple years for it. Only question I have, for those that have installed a ford performance pack, is:
Is the unit inconspicuous? Does it mount in the glove box or under the dash?
So I know it’s available for the ranger did I miss it in the accessories thread? If available at launch, it’s a no brainer for me. 2.3 manual with 2.7 like power.
Yeah, I’ve got the two person Yakima now I got used. I’m going to see how easy/ convenient it is on top of the Bronco. I see myself gravitating to The superlite . Just looks like everything I’m looking for and nothing else.

Hey, I saw a few people mention this company/ product in another thread. I just wanted to throw it out there again so that Bronco overlanders/ campers are aware. I believe this is the only hard shell RTT that can legally be thrown on the bronco factory...
I guess I have no idea what you guys are talking about... Thanks, now I have to spend an hour diving in to a you tube hole. Only time I have rev matched (I think) is when I tore my left ACL and meniscus in a soccer game. I drove 30 mins home with out using the clutch.
Maybe one of the dealers on here can chime in. BTW, my response to my dealer was:
“We’ll see what happens in two weeks, I haven’t seen any reliable information other than the 19th”.
Just got this email from my current dealer today:
I talked with my new inventory management. At this point we don't know exactly when we will be able to place Bronco orders. While we were originally told that the 19th was when we could start ordering them, my manager was talking with Ford...
The payload issues will certainly raise flags for the overland folks (myself included). Useful load isn’t so hot at 1370 for the 4 door, but is more than the jeep and keep gladiator (although less than the Tacoma, depending on config, and 4runner). That 1370 is off of fords media kit site, and I...
While the cool factor is obviously something to consider, I just don’t want people to think they need beadlocks to go off road. I will be getting the OEM bead locks, I just like them way better than the standard wheel. Unless you are doing some pretty hardcore trails/ off-roading they are...
