  1. Stress cracks on 2022 hard top

Is the bracket something that can be used on existing (non-screwed-up) tops? Is there a part #?
  2. Need to replace one tire, any options?

If you want to be semi-scientific about it... mark with a piece of chalk the new tire and the old tire on the front. Mark them in the same place (like pointing down). Same air-pressure in both. Run the tires for some known distance... like 200 yards. If the chalk marks are now in a little...
  3. Phasers, Belts, Brakes, Crash. Nightmare on a new 2.7

You should have your insurance company do a whole eval on the Bronco. Who knows how much they really screwed up. I'd have an independent person who actually checks things out do a once-over. Sounds shady to me.
  4. Talk me off the ledge? (SAS set on non SAS OBX)

Hope you're running at least the 4.27 gearing in the OBX. I would think the 3.73 would be a bit tall for the SAS takeoffs. If you do trade-up I'd leave the OBX TPMS where they are at (sell them as-is), and buy some new Schrader's off Amazon for your new set. That is what I did on my 22 Base...
  5. 4WP Bronco Rear Bumper - Crazy Deal!

Did any of you folks get your 4WP rear bumpers installed? Just wondering what quality they are. I still see them for sale at Walmart and was thinking of putting in an order (finally). Also... is the weight REALLY almost 80 pounds? Thanks!
  6. Do-overs?

I got a 2022 2-door base in white V6/auto. I wish I would have gotten a red one so that I could have painted the hardtop white. Also wish I would have upgraded to the Big Bend so I could have gotten the rear elocker. Then again... I've had to touch-up a few paint chips. Nothing beats white...
  7. Old school hardtop

I've got a 2-door. I would like a 1-piece removable top especially if it would take away that additional wind-sound that seems to come from somewhere on the passenger side.
  8. Stellantis Putting Ads on Infotainment Screen--Ford, Don't You Dare!

I just bought a 2009 Toyota Highlander for my daughter. I noticed that there wasn't a screen/display, and that the key was one you could go down to the hardware store and get a $5 copy. (Highlander had the old-key+FOB, smart-key, or just FOB option in 09). It also had a lot of real knobs that...
  9. 4WP Bronco Rear Bumper - Crazy Deal!

Looks like pretty good packaging. I'll be interested in what you think of the quality. I'm thinking of ordering one myself.
  10. Putting on Steel OEM Rear Bumper Pull Of tomorrow

What was the cost of the OEM rear bumper (if you don't mind me asking).
  11. 4wp bumpers installed

The 4WP bumpers are on sale. Can anyone with a current 4WP bumper give me a read on how good/tough a bumper it is? Talking about the rear bumper (for me).
  12. Bronco EV for sale for $33k in China [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS]

I don't know why this would be polarizing. I hope Ford sells a bunch of these over there. I'm surprised they don't sell a 2-door version (i.e. this one seems pretty big). Probably has to do with the EV storage need.
  13. Periodic driveshaft thud/clunk after releasing brake

Took mine to the Ford dealer... they said they could not detect anything wrong. No thump. Of course since I told them it was a problem when I let off the brake... they wrote it down as a thump with the brakes (sigh). I can just barely detect this issue now. Will it get worse? Trying to...
  14. 4WP Bronco Rear Bumper - Crazy Deal!

Compared to a modular front bumper... how thick is the rear bumper steel? Or putting it another way... is it a good steel bumper worth the money, or just look good?
  15. 4WP Bronco Rear Bumper - Crazy Deal!

Does a Base model have a backup sensor... or just the camera?
  16. TSB 24-2408 - Not showing as covered under warranty

Could you please describe what this "clunk" sounds and feels like? I'm wondering if I have this. Does it increase over time? Thanks.
  17. Just Tired of my 2022 Base Sasquatch Problems

My advice (in regard to buying another Bronco)... would be to get a low mileage one (late 22 +) and make sure it has a Carfax report with it. The Carfax should just have oil changes, (i.e. standard maintenance). and not lots of other "fixes" to it. Too many trips to the shop (to me) just...
  18. Just Tired of my 2022 Base Sasquatch Problems

Wow... I have a late 22 V6/auto 2Dr non-SAS and haven't had any problems. Makes me want to keep it forever at this point. Who knows what the next one might be like. But then again... only 16K miles on it.
  19. Tire Pressure -- 35 vs 39 PSI (ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS)

I've settled pm 37. Going to try that for a while. See how handling + MPG like it.
