  1. New correct dipstick (here's part number) solves 2.7L 7-quarts engine oil capacity / maximum fill amount mystery! šŸ•µšŸ»‍ā™‚ļø

Ford first said 7. Then Ford said 6, but 7 is okay. All this while Ford was still doing an initial fill at the factory of 7.5. Youā€˜ll be fine with either.
  2. Bronco Team Engineering Confirms 7.0 Quarts for 2.7L Engine Oil Change is Correct

ā€œI am certain even with this information (the measurements, not my opinions) the 6 vs. 7 camp will still remain divided.ā€ You are right Rob. Nor does this doesn’t explain Ford’s 7.5qt initial fill in several hundred thousand new 2.7L Broncos so far. Thanks for all of your hard work….it really is...
  3. Eibach Pro Truck 2.0 Lift Installed on Badlands Non-Sas

I love the adjustability of these, but I guess you have to get an alignment every time you make a height adjustment? Edit….the op answered my question in his first post.
  4. Bilstein 6112 installation Comparison to SAS and ARB OME springs

I would suggest putting what you’ve taken apart back together and remove the lower control arm bolts. A lot less likely to screw up your cv joints on the axle.
  5. Show us your installed wheel / tire upgrades here! (Pics)

    Are those 315s Brian?
  6. Ford Performance 2" Lift Kit Now Available For Bronco! [not for Sasquatch suspension, Badlands, Everglades, Raptor]

Larger with more fluid volume/movement than a SAS/Badlands Bilstein with resevoir? Hmmm Thanks for setting that straight…..if it does.
  7. Ford Performance 2" Lift Kit Now Available For Bronco! [not for Sasquatch suspension, Badlands, Everglades, Raptor]

Interested in finding out what makes these new Bilsteins, short of the lift (if you want a lift…..I don’t), a better shock than the OEM Bilsteins. I’d really like to know ā€˜cause I love the factory shocks on my Badlands. There are other ways to get a 2ā€ lift on factory Bilsteins if you think you...

Lots of folks are so quick to bitch today without even checking out the situation šŸ˜‰
  9. Black Diamond Wheels on a Badlands?

You’re a lot more likely to lose a bead on a tire that’s too narrow for the wheel than loose a bead on a tire that’s a bit ā€œtoo wideā€ for the wheel. Back in the day we ran 12.50 15s on 7-8ā€ wheels all the time with no problems off-road. I have rolled 7.50 16 off of 8 inch rim more than once. Of...
  10. 4.46 vs 4.7 Gear Ratio Discussion

My 22 2.7l Badlands non Sas came with the 4.46 axle ratio......as did all non Sas Badlands with the 2.7l. There is no option with the 2.7l short of Sas Pkg.
  11. Zone 1221 lift install procedure?

I’ve still not made my mind up to install the level. I don’t have any clearance problems at all so I may keep the Badlands suspension stock. If I do I’ll definitely remove the LCA bolts.
  12. Full paint correction and ceramic coating results ✨🤩

Clay bar and a good wax(of your choice) will produce the same shine and protect just as well. If you think that any ā€œceramicā€ application will protect your Bronco from brush scratches, you are mistaken.
  13. Pretty Awesome - Topliftpros Hardtop Removal

It won’t work for a 2dr. I have a Toplift Pro and absolutely love it. Literally less than 10 minutes to remove or install the hardtop on my 4dr totally by myself. High quality build and smooth to use.
  14. Ford metal fender flares ...(Bushwacker) and Trail Armor installed

I kinda like your body armor. My Badlands came with a set(I didn't order them) and I've been debating on installation. May go ahead and do it now.
  15. Black Diamond Wheels on a Badlands?

    Oh no…..not ā€flare overhangā€ šŸ˜‰
