  3. Which Bronco Seats are the Most Comfortable?

The manual uses a handle you crank up or crank down.. It’s plastic and the seat only goes down so far and away.. Hard to get in with Parka and swing big moon boots in.. The 2023 Badlands with heated, powered and leather seat.. I run that baby back and down and slide in.. Then, adjust perfectly...

  5. 100,000 mile 2.3 Sasquatch bronco review

Okay, I’d drop the change to 35-40 K miles.. A Bronco moving through the air is severe conditions. Add weather and other 4x4 activity, even more severe !!! Time to be conservative with an expensive 4x4…. šŸ¤“
  6. 3.73 vs 4.27 and RLD

Great choice.. I have a 2.3l with the 3.73 and I have never liked the way the 10 speed shifts.. It constantly up shifts and lugs the 2.3L A 4.7 would probably solve this problem, but that’s a lot changes for a Big Bend model.. The mileage though went to 23MPG back and forth over the summer.. So...
  7. Dealership Fail! #2

I have another one.. We bought our 2023 Badlands from a Dealer that used it in the Maintenance department.. It has 6800 miles and what to check for metal in the transfer case.. Pulled the bottom plug and it wasn’t magnetic.. Called the Dealer about it.. Asked them to check with maintenance to...
  8. 100,000 mile 2.3 Sasquatch bronco review

Does anyone know off the top of their head what mileage Ford recommends changing your plugs on 2.3/2.7 L?
  9. Which Bronco Seats are the Most Comfortable?

Get the Powered seats.. You will never be able to get in and out with the manual seats.. I’m giving up the BigBend with the manual seats because I can’t adjust it for my parka and high boots in Alaska.. I’m 5’10 .. Powered/heated seats!
  10. 100,000 mile 2.3 Sasquatch bronco review

Yeah I guess the 11 mpg should have told him something wasn’t right.. Thanks for pointing that out.. MPG tells a story .. šŸ˜…
  11. 100,000 mile 2.3 Sasquatch bronco review

Don’t know what to say about this article. Seems like the spark plugs were in the engine way too long.. with that many miles, how many oil changes occurred.. So many things to have answered.. šŸ¤“

  15. Burning oil smell?

Hi, here is the sample from my 2023 Badland with just 6800 miles.. I suggest you drain the Transfer Case and save a sample of the fluid. carefully watch the drain plug that it is magnetic and will give an indication of metal in play.. Bright red fluid is new Mercon LV.. Dark fluid is right out...

  17. Driving in snow burning smell

Okay, time for everyone to drop that Transfer case ( TC) fluid ( especially if you have not done that before). I drained the fluid today on my 2023 Badlands with only 6800 miles.. This is its first winter but I got a liking to the 4A and it has spent most of the last month in 4A until today...
  18. Driving in snow burning smell

This is my transfer case fluid .. Had three winters on it ( 4x4) and has only 6700 miles.. the front differential ( 1 quart) was just as metallic and dark.. I havn’t got to the rear differential yet.. Ford Store has shipped the other two rear differential covers I ordered.. Shipping problem...
