My 4dr Badlands is a dad wagon. When my son was rear facing in his car seat, I used a noggle to keep him cool. Both kids forward facing now, so they get the center vents aimed at them.
Blower motor might be going out. They can get noisy. Give it a whack under the dash. Sometimes percussive maintenance straightens them out for a bit.
If there's smoke, the motor may be seizing up.
That's what I ordered. Bone stock BL. 7mt and all. Bare, f#cking, bones. I love it. Added the mod bumper with brush guard though, cuz Ford couldn't make up their minds about what's standard equipment.
I would love to see a Sport Raptor with some garbage can flares .Gotta come up with a goofy nickname.

Engineering could ask Techs to record the engine number so they can track what plant it was assembled at. From there, who knows what a fix would be. Valve replacement? Cylinder head? Expensive either way.
Honda has a safety recall for Pilot connecting rod bearings. Guess what we get to do. Yup...
