    Yep. Due to Ford changing the allocation method and then they did not allow us to change dealers, (even though they said we could), I'm locked in. Could go to another dealer (without taking my reservation) and order another Bronco. Who knows if that would be faster or slower? However...

    Placing this Bronco situation in a different venue in your story really drives home the ridiculousness of Ford's inept and dysfunctional order system. Same situation as you. Reserved in the first 12 hours, but don't have a build date yet. Good luck with yours!

    If you're painting the wheels themselves, they should be powder-coated so the finish lasts. Are you sure on the silver? Maybe try just painting just the rings and see how that looks. Alternatively, your wheels can be stripped of paint and then the aluminum can be polished. Once polished...
