The problem is you will end up waiting for the hard top and then come October, welp another issue! Delayed again! How can we believe any dates they promise anymore? It’s a joke at this point.
So do we really expect there to be no issues with a quickly redesigned hard top?
Hasn’t Ford already learned from their mistakes? Again they are making promises and I am about 95% certain there will be more issues with this rushed redesign/manufacturing process and we will again be having this...
So we really expect a rushed new design to be any better than something they’ve been working on for a lot longer? At this point ditch all hard tops and ship everything with soft tops.
The way things are going they are going to redesign and it’s still going to be bad. Make the tough call Ford...
If I have been assigned a VIN since May and have been pushed back 8 times already with a current build date of August 30th, why can’t Ford just finagle the VIN and allow us to switch to a softop. It’s like my build is now trapped in this uncertain limbo. At this point I’m considering dumping...
How is that even possible? I assume changing a model year design and build would inherently alter the VIN assignment and probably can’t be done. Hopefully they just push through assigned VINs and stop pushing them back for the 20th time.
What’s really dumb about this whole thing is they scheduled people with MIC’s since June and they have pushed us back like 8 times already. Give us the damn option to switch to a soft top so we can get out of this stupid mess. Really poor planning and scheduling. Really the fact is I will likely...
Mine was originally 6/14, pushed to 7/5 and now it’s showing 8/16.

from what I’ve read though there is a possibility it could still be pulled forward.
Not sure if you guys knew this but the deep freeze that happened in Texas a little while ago resulted in a massive hit to the petrochemical industry including precursors to producing plastics like polypropylene. Could be an RM supply issue.
Well technically Broncos aren’t on the lot yet and probably won’t be for awhile.
Dont be surprised when these markups eventually become part of the MSRP. It’s pretty much inevitable at this point. Supply chains constrained? Solution: increase prices.
Guys, been a lurker for awhile but I think there are going to be multiple considerations going forward.
I think Broncos were priced out at pre-COVID inflation rates. As Ford is finding out, supply chains across the globe are being disrupted due to COVID. People are buying tons of things due to...
