Yeah all the cam phaser videos I've heard produce a very noticeable "rattling" the first few seconds after start up. I did not think I heard that sound in your video, but did hear the other rattle sound later on as you mentioned. I'll try to see if I hear something similar on mine after start up...

That's what I'm thinking. I'm from Volkswagen world where rattling wastegates have been around for a while, and that's exactly what this seems like lol.

So just to be clear I don't believe I hear it on startup and I also believe it happens all the time. Not just shortly after cold start. Pretty sure I can replicate it pretty much anytime I want to under the right conditions, which again I think is just partial throttle at low RPM. I will hear...

I've got the 2.7 that has a slight metallic rattle at low RPM under partial throttle. Been meaning to pinpoint it, but never really think about it. You can only hear it with the windows down or door off, and it only lasts for a second or two is speed and RPMs increase.
