I think that is just leather/vinyl vs. cloth. And maybe an issue with the renderings on Fords website?
If I'M not mistaken, those 3 trims you listed all have the MGV option, which may be why they were not compatible.

Considering your exterior color, you really could go either way.
I optioned my '22 OBX with the roast cloth with the plan to add leather in later.
