Word of caution… That’s what I did for my ā€˜22 because the dealer had nothing to show me of the actual paint colors. (Went with CG because it seemed ā€œsafeā€) Changed to VB when I got to see actual paint on actual Broncos a couple weeks later. Tracked as VB for months right up to the moment it went...

Every time I’ve seen a consumer reports comparison of products I have extensive experience with their conclusions are nowhere near reality. I wouldn’t put much stock in anything they publish.

Called the dealer, called Ford, rinse repeat. Nobody could do anything or even tell me how it happened. Change in the tracker happened 20 days after I first received my VIN. Both Ford and dealer say that can’t happen, yet it did. Kept getting, ā€œSomeone will get back to you in a few business...
  9. Sticky Situation w/ Taking Delivery

Right? Asking to much? No. Asking to much of Ford...:LOL: Off topic, My wife is thinking she wants an electric, hybrid, or plug in hybrid for her next vehicle. My understanding is, that is the basket Ford is putting all their eggs in. With my experience buying from them so far, and...
  16. lockers quit working

Clearly. Personally, I'm not worried about building a control circuit for it. Worst case scenario is if I get in over my head I buy my BAS engineer and electrical team lead a beer or two. Heck, I could probably get the BAS guy to write logic to an old board for me to control the whole thing...
  17. lockers quit working

I wasn't looking at this from a diagnosing a failure stand point but rather seeing what the factory setup is sending to the actuator in order to duplicate it. In the other thread, it was suggested that the current to the actuator may be limited, for reasons unknown. My suggestion with the...

BS. If it were done properly for humidity reasons it should stay on when the AC is running.

Might could get a set of the same connector and make a jumper where the solenoid plugs into the harness (assuming there is a connector there) and take amperage on the jumper.
