  1. Are 35's better than 37's for Daily Driving ? ? ? ?

I had a BMW 335i E93, Gen6 Camaro 2SS, now an Audi S4 B9. I have some "bad habits" that drive too quick and fast on my Bronco. Looking at OP... you have a GT500. If you have good self control, go for the 37s. It does look good. But if you are like me, stay with the 35s...
  2. Real world 2 door 2.7 MPG

Well... I used to get 18.7MPG when I baby'ed the first thousand mile... Until I started to drive fast and quick, now I'm getting 17.9MPG. Not bad I guess, still above the rated MPG. Fast - People in CT's flow of traffic in the early morning I would say are around 75 - 85mph most of the time...
  3. What made you pick your trim of Bronco?

I guess I'm the unusual guy here.... Wanted: Unique and stand out with minimal effort... Good tech and creature comfort. Not needed: Lockers, crazy off road capabilities. (Though nice to have...) WildTrak, Stubby 2Dr on 35s, with optional side body graphics makes it stands out a lot as...
  4. Hill Start Assist Warning

Thanks. That is exactly what I have experienced. Seems like no one have yet gotten a confirm fix from the dealer so far. Thread watched...
  5. Hill start assist failure

I have the same exact issue described from everyone... Happened 3 times so far since Oct 2022 took delivery
  6. Hill Start Assist Warning

Tried BlueDriver OBD Bluetooth scanner, also tried from another cheap OBD scanner. Neither detected any codes...
  7. Hill Start Assist Warning

The car kept getting this error occasionally. No codes stored in the computer. I often hear clicks and clunks where the parking switch is after the car is switched off. Sounds like relay clicking just louder. Once a while the car freaks up upon starting the engine. Dash error messages followed...
  8. Need Positivity - Bronco Worth The Wait?

Its worth it if it will be your other toy. Not the best daily but its fun to drive around. Car is still hot, people will wave at you and give you thumbs up. If you badly need a car, don't wait for it. If you are certain it will take another year or two, don't wait for it or at least make other...
  9. Reaction to somber news from Ford Offer's Option Number 4

That document is meant for internal only. It is ultimately up to the front facing Dealerships to communicate that to the customers.
  10. Did anyone else get software update 3.5.3 this week? My CarPlay doesn't connect anymore...

First, delete your phone's saved WiFi SSID that ties to your Bronco. (Wireless CarPlay uses WiFi) Second, make sure CarPlay is turned on the SYNC4 unit, if still not working... there is an option in there that let you generate a new projection WiFi SSID. I have both Pixel 7 Pro and iPhone 13...
  11. Melted plastic smell

Mine is 3000 something miles. I sometimes smell the same thing. Checked engine bay and underneath found no visible hazards. So I've been telling myself its probably someone else's car though its probably from me
  12. Full Tank Range?

2.7 SAS. The estimate is based on the average MPG you get. I used to get over 300 miles when I first got it. Was around 18.7 MPG. I now get 17.9 MPG. Every fill up the estimated range does not go over 300 anymore.
  13. Android Auto Coolwalk w/ Full Split Screen (Public Stable Release) Now Working in Bronco!

Whenever I toggle that function while I'm using Waze it wipes the overlay info off the Waze screen. Meaning the menu, text, direction, ETA are gone. Only map and the route are showing. I either have to reconnect or force the app to stop to get it back. Using Pixel 7 Pro... latest Android 13...
  14. Fullscreen Apple CarPlay OTA Update Coming Soon! - Per Ford (Mike Levine)

Mine got 3.5.2 on 1/5 Then got 3.5.3 today on 1/9 Didn't do anything special. Automatic update is on. Parked in garage.
  15. 0.01 Inches of snow broke my Bronco and this is Fords response.

It is nearly impossible to get that amount of water in there... I'm no engineer but it seems like there are fins and guides that are designed to prevent that.
  16. Fullscreen Apple CarPlay OTA Update Coming Soon! - Per Ford (Mike Levine)

I jumped into my car so quick to check it out, found mine has it pending. I so glad I can stop watching this thread now lmao.
  17. So 4A is not what I had thought...

imo Bronco's Advanced 4X4 is a Part-Time AWD system with Low Range function. Center differential torque split is actuated by its clutch packs. Can be switch on and off on the fly on any condition. Clutch can be locked to archive 50:50 torque split. (Not sure if it has a mechanical locker or...
  18. What made you pick your trim of Bronco?

Always been a sports car driver. So I wanted something new, cool and sporty that handles relatively well on pavement. Wildtrak with its stiff Bilstein shocks are just perfect for me. It will be 99% a mall crawler. But it is certainly capable when the 1% comes.
  19. 2023 Wildtrak w/ HOSS 3.0 review + comparison to Bilstein suspension

This makes me value my Bilstein shocks even more lol I drive mostly on pavements and it suits my driving style. I sometimes take corners as I'm driving a sports car, a lot better body roll control with the Bilsteins.
