  1. Sasquatch has a smoother on road ride than standard Outer Banks suspension?

It’s surprising to me that increasing body roll and center of gravity is considered better highway handling on this forum.
  2. Just test drove a 2 Door WT ... Eh! Some disappointing discoveries.

“MY point is not about the 2.7 but about the 2.3... ” I understand the logic that the 2.7 should be peppier than the 2.3, but don’t knock it until you try it (especially with the manual).
  3. Houston area order status

Tommie Vaughn. I’m a later reservation holder and I very rarely get email or text responses. They won’t tell me where I am in line.
  4. "In this episode of TFL offroad, i buy a jeep instead of a bronco"

I appreciate that you take the time to read and reply to these posts. I’ve almost pulled the trigger on a very similar willys build but I’m looking forward to leasing a manual big bend soft top (lightest weight bronco) and hoping that Wrangler has answered the b-pillarless roll cage bar and...
  5. "In this episode of TFL offroad, i buy a jeep instead of a bronco"

The timing of the video and the fact that it plugs the dealership just feels dirty. I’ve always liked jeeps and especially like the Willys package. I also greatly prefer lightweight vehicles, but the bronco is new and the most anticipated vehicle in decades. Tommy has owned who knows how many...
  6. OK So What's the Verdict? (Manual 2.3 or Auto 2.7?) POLL

I don’t care how many tenths of a second faster the auto is, it’ll never be as fun. The manual is also thousands cheaper compared to the 2.7 auto. FWIW, collectors pay much more for manual transmissions. They’re rare, cheaper now and higher resale later.
  7. Off Road Mods People Think Are Cool, But Really Aren’t

Anything that makes on-road driving worse on a vehicle that rarely or never will go off-road.
  8. Convince me not to get the soft top??

Pros: - easier and faster to open and close - easier storage - lighter weight - cheaper - in-stock Cons: - less secure - possibly louder road noise (Bestop claims it’s a negligible difference), -possibly less insulated (Bestop clams it’s a negligible difference)
  9. Bronco Vs. anything else with a Manual

Amen! Bronco wouldn’t even have been an option for me without the manual. I vow to buy new manuals as long as they’re available. Nothing beats the driver engagement and enjoyment of a manual. My current car is a 2018 GTI and honestly I don’t know how another vehicle could do so many things so...
  10. My First Edition Bronco was delivered TODAY!!!!

I honestly don’t care what the OP does, just explaining the “hate”. This is the clickbait economy after all.
  11. My First Edition Bronco was delivered TODAY!!!!

I don’t think anyone is “hating” on the OP, but him avoiding certain questions and prioritizing publishing content feels sketchy. Some transparency would help a lot. If he doesn’t want to, that’s fine. However, it will leave the door open for “haters” to “hate”.
  12. 2.7L Bronco First Edition 0-60 MPH VIDEO!!

Yes, this is the same shop owner guy that won’t answer any questions about how he got his FE so quickly.
  13. 2.7L Bronco First Edition 0-60 MPH VIDEO!!

This is the dumbest thread I’ve seen yet. A forum of Sasquatch (heavy tires, bash plates, rock rails, high center of gravity) enthusiasts losing their minds over a 0-60 video by a guy on the internet who can’t start a timer correctly.
  14. 33's tires fit Big Bend! As tested on my 2021 Bronco

When someone puts a white top on Cactus Grey, we’ll see that the color never actually changed from the original release photos.
  15. 33's tires fit Big Bend! As tested on my 2021 Bronco

That looks so good! Finally a Cactus Big Bend NonSquach!
  16. [TFL] I Explore The New 2022 Ford Bronco's Best, Weirdest, & Worst Features | Bronco Week Ep.3

Actually, for those that didn’t watch the video, they liked how easy the top was to retract, but disliked the access to the rear cargo area.
  17. A poll: What is your age group and how many doors did you reserve/order?

It’s cheaper to lease a 4dr since they have higher residuals. So, that could be a factor.
  18. "Manual Transmission Could Be Forced Into Retirement"

The unintended consequence of automation is that when (not if) technology fails, people won’t be ready to operate manually.
  19. Houston Auto Show?

Confirmed that you don’t have to pay for the auto show to see these two badlands ($15 parking).
