Personally I passed on the Wildtrack for the Badlands because I found the blue accents hideous, especially with he sandstone interior. Just wasn't feeling it. I was originally going to go wildtrack for most of the reasons you stated but I couldn't get past the Blue accents or how they clash...

With 1 thread and a handful of posts Zach has proven why Granger's strategy is better than trying to soak the customer with ADM and other BS.

If you have some stiff-ish foam you might be able to carve a "stamp" in the right shape for the head lights and stamp it rather than attempt free handing a circle. Just an idea, great job overall! :-D

Only thing I've considered changing is the color. I'm currently on Cactus Gray but considering black. My order is a Badlands 2.7L with Lux/leather and no sas. I'll probably buy weather tech floor mats as soon as they are available.

I went 2.7L Badlands with Lux and leather packages to get the adaptive cruise and power seats. I'm skipping the sas because 90+% will be pavement driving. The leather/power seats also adds carpet and other comforts from a sound deadening standpoint. I though about the wildtrack but I...

I have a stock 2008 WRX that I thought about keeping but the recurring P 2096 code, leaking power steering rack, rusted off and rattling heat shields. Not to mention the 200,000 miles on the car (97,000 on the 2nd motor) and the body rust. I'm 99.99% sure it's getting traded in for what ever...

Just wait for Icon suspension to engineer a lift/suspension kit and upgrade to 35's, 37's, or 40's or whatever.

I originally was gonna go Carbonized gray, then I considered white (OJ jokes expected and part of the reason it's not my top despite kind of liking white overall), Black is black and still on the table. Right now Cactus gray is leading based on the updated B&P but I don't want to hate the color...

Now I kind of want to see Lunar Rock next to Cactus Gray.

🤣 I sort of agree I like the interior a lot, the green is okay. But they don't work well together. At least not for me.

If it's the stick-on type of keypad the vehicle module see's it as another Fob, and get's programed in a similar way. At least this was true 10 years ago when I last worked on one.

The blue accents are why I gave up on Wildtrack and will probably order a Badlands. The random blue is hideous to me.

Actually 🙄 It's just recirculating already cooled air to cool it faster. To dehumidify only would require the system to cool then reheat the air, to lower the relative humidity but keep the ambient/output temp the same. Functionally "Max A/C" like ac360 said is just Recirculation + Max...

I haven't read all the pages but, so if nobody has answered. It usually activates the recirculation so that you are re-cooling cooled inside air, vs cooling hot outside air.

After looking through the pics a couple times the blue accents are hideous with every interior. I'd consider outer banks with roast/black leather or a Wildtrack but can't get past the blue accents. Which "rockstar" had that idiotic idea?
