my biggest gripe is not having a center pass through for the rear seats so that skis could fit through the middle and still be able to carry 4 people comfortably. Why don't more cars have this. They had this in Audi sedans back in the 1980s. How hard is it???
I have the leather seats, so this is not an issue. I had a loaner for a while with cloth seats and found the headrests to be incredibly annoying. It made it hard to turn my head and look backwards (Yes, I still do that). I hated the way it pushes your head forward more than any other car I've...
I have a 2021 with High package that only had the base 6-speaker setup and no wiring for a sub. I got the Gearshade enclosure with 8" Kicker and 500.1 amp (for 1/2 price from someone who was selling their Bronco). I also upgraded the other speakers and added the Kicker 200.4 amp (the Base...
I use mine often and have never noticed this. Is everyone aware that the visors are telescopic and slide on the rod (so when you move the visor to block the side, you can slide it back to block the sun)? I am wondering if people are trying to close their visor while it is partially extended.
I always feel good when new unappealing Bronco versions come out. One of the things that made me feel confident ordering in 2020 was that I knew it would be a long time before Ford changed it in any substantive way (hybrid, body style change, new interior, etc. We're 5 years in, and the only...
When losing control (for whatever reason), at a high rate of speed, a high center of gravity is your worst enemy. For this reason, all SUVs add an extra element of danger, compared to sedans/wagons.
The most critical safety enhancement you can make is tires.
Buy her a Subaru Outback and don't...
As it sits, hard pass on the side view. As a cosmetic modification, my OCD can't get past seeing the arc'd shape of the painted fenders within. It looks too much like a universal bolt-on part, or an unfinished project. But I think it can (and should) be significantly improved by blacking out the...
That's fair. I should have written that any object in front of your windshield can deflect something (including you hood, grill, lights etc). They could deflect things into your windshield too. You could put a giant piece of plexiglass up and deflect everything. But I don't see anything...
This says nothing about changing the airflow. It is only referring to deflecting a direct hit to the big screen. You could make the same argument that your entire front grill and hood have the same effect. They choose their words carefully.
I haven't tried it myself, so I can't disprove that they work. I'm not calling anyone a liar, but I wonder if they are wrong. And importantly, this is not important to me. But I remain in the "highly skeptical" category about these as influencing bugs on a windshield, and 100% in denial that...
No it all works fine. I made about 10 other changes with Forscan and have had no issues at all. But the change didn't add a disconnecting sway bar to my Wildtrak so adding it was more of a science experiment than a real use case. But for anyone who doesn't have Sport mode, that would be worth...
