  1. 2021 Bronco Nuts n Bolts: Metric or SAE?

Working on Fords has always been a pain to me because of the completely unpredictable random mix of standards. I Was really hoping that had changed.
  2. Base Model Bronco Thread

Ha ha, my last two cars have had 17” and 15” screens respectively and I still don’t care about the screen in the Bronco.
  3. Base Model Bronco Thread

Absolutely this. I do not consider a Bronco (any Bronco) a luxury vehicle. I honestly think new car prices are redonkulous these days and a base Bronco should be $20k but alas... That said, the base has so much more stuff standard than the last new truck I bought. All I cared about back then...
  4. Base Model Bronco Thread

I need one of you that lives where all these Broncos are being spotted to steal a base and put these on it. Then take some pics and post them up! https://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires.jsp?tireMake=BFGoodrich&tireModel=Mud-Terrain+T%2FA+KM3&sidewall=Blackwall&partnum=67QR6KM3&tab=Sizes
  5. Warthog vs Rubicon 392 ( Car and Driver)

Ha ha, if you’re waiting for the Warthog, you have as much money as I do if not more?
  6. Aftermarket fender flares in the style of the original Bronco's?

And just like that, here they are...
  7. Jeep Wrangler = Black Diamond so I can see it?

A few notable things. The Jeep is a Willys Sport. I spec’d it with a hardtop and air conditioning to make them more comparable. The Jeep only has a 5” screen, whereas the Bronco has 8” standard. The Jeep has a rear LSD to the BD’s locker. I’d say the Jeep has the tire advantage 32.1”...
  8. Can’t decide- 2 or 4 door

If you’re not doing any hard core off-roading and you’re not into the 35s just for the aggressive looks, there is no reason to go Squatch. Also, as many have said, if you prefer the look of the 4-door, this seems like a no-brainer. I WISH I preferred the look of the 4-door. That extra room...
  9. Warthog vs Rubicon 392 ( Car and Driver)

Holy crap! I was like “my Tesla is really fast and eco boost engines can be more fuel efficient and still make boatloads of power” and y’all went off on a 5 page war. I’ve never really understood the “car” guys that are so invested in discrediting and hating on electric cars. To me, it’s just...
  10. Which green would you like to see on Bronco?

I want both of these colors.
  11. Warthog vs Rubicon 392 ( Car and Driver)

Anyone who thinks performance and sound environmental practice are mutually exclusive needs to take a spin in my Tesla. I know it doesn’t make V8 noises, but Randy Pobst lapped one faster than a Ferrari 458 Italia at the Streets of Willow. Also, I actually really like the sound of the electric...
  12. Sweet spot For the money - Black Diamond non-Squatch

I was all set to go BD until the ManSquatch got green lit. I’d still consider a non-Squatch BD if you could get mid with 7MT. Hoping they change their minds on that, but I’m not holding my breath.
  13. What’s your dealbreaker for new Ford Bronco?

I’m already a 2022 waiting for BaseManSquatch with a Granger October res. I have a day 1 res too, but probably will cut that one loose as I am a 100% 7MT buyer. I’m only really upset about two things. 1) lousy color choices for base, and 2) have to spend stupid money to get 7MT plus heated...
  14. Tricked Out 2-Door rendering

I love the black exterior with the red interior. The wheels should die in a fire.
  15. Where is the Lightning Blue!!

I happened to pass my local dealer yesterday and there were F150s and Rangers right on the front line in Lightning Blue, Velocity Blue, Rapid Red, and Race Red. It’s much better to see them in person. May be worth a trip to the dealer.
  16. What's with all the doors!?!?

OP, I agree totally. If I could save a few thousand dollars, I’d order mine without a top or doors at all. They’re just going to take up space in my garage. I’ll be Bimini top year round. That’s why I’m so pissed I can’t get heated seats?
  17. Why buy now and settle instead of waiting??

I mean, the simple answer to OP’s question is impatience. We have become a society that has been (and it’s accelerating) used to instant gratification. The whole Bronco process has represented the epitome of delayed gratification and people can’t handle it. I’m kind of impulsive. If Jeep...
