I don’t have any experience with roof racks or loading. Does anyone know if you’d be able to put the Yak cargo box and awning on a 2-door at the same time? I ask because I’m planning to purchase from Granger (from far away) and I’d need to be able to take both when I pick up. Thanks!
BaseManSquatch:
Current build has 10-speed auto and advanced 4X4, so price will go down when I can drop those.
Velocity Blue, Roof rails, rock rails, bimini top, Yak cargo box. Done. With the Granger October discount, this should come in under $35k. Pretty cool for a vehicle that will go...
True. I placed a second reservation through Granger when they announced ManSquatch would be delayed. That way I can get the October res deal since I’m going to have to wait anyway.
If there’s enough interest, I can get some t shirts and stickers printed up. I’ll probably do a small run regardless because I want one. Just shoot me a PM.
I do think there is likely some truth to the idea that Ford was surprised by the demand for the manual and is deliberately pushing people away to avoid a production bottleneck. But, I think we would all agree that we’d be much more appreciative if they would just be transparent and tell us that...
I’m disappointed in the way they’ve chosen to manipulate the options and seemingly disfavor the 7-speed. But, in the end, if I buy a Bronco, I’ll probably be pretty happy with it. A Black Diamond with cold weather package would be ideal for me, but you can’t even get heated seats with a manual...
It’s going to backfire on them. The ridiculous way they packaged options is going to make it really easy for a lot of people to just go BaseSquatch and be done. Especially the manual trans crowd. I would have paid Black Diamond money to get heated seats and a better color. But I guess it’s...
This thread is growing faster than I can read it... I got excited when I saw Black Diamond said “all standard BB equipment, which meant heated seats... But then saw absolutely no mention of heated seats on Big bend page. WTF mate!?
