  1. Curt folding cargo basket

I like these things, it comes in handy for if you’ve got the vehicle full of people and pets and have minimized the interior cargo room. I’ve already got one but have contemplated how it’s going to work with the swing out door. I’ve actually thought about one of the swing out extensions on the...
  2. All unscheduled Wildtrak and Badlands will be MY 2022 according to Ford customer service

I'm going to wait until next week's order scheduling before jumping off of any bridges here. It's possible that the phone rep was just slightly misinformed, it took me a few weeks to figure out all of the differences between the trims and I'm (mildly) obsessed. Wildtrak makes sense to defer...
  3. MY22 Color options thread

Definitely agree with you here. I'd even be happy with leadfoot from the F150 (which is pretty close to sting gray, but just a shade darker)
  4. Installing Keyless Entry Pad in the fuel door

It does, the keypad thing is just for when you either want to leave the keys locked in the car or don’t have them for some reason.
  5. Installing Keyless Entry Pad in the fuel door

That is wild, thanks for the reply and interesting article. I’d assume that any thief worth their salt would probably just break open the side window in 4 seconds rather than spend that much time typing.
  6. Installing Keyless Entry Pad in the fuel door

Just out of curiosity for anyone that has one of these... 1. How many digits are the codes? 2. If, for example (let's assume that it's a 4 digit code) a criminal came up to the car with nothing but time, could they theoretically sit there and type 10,000 different codes in until it works, or...
  7. Toyota slashes Sept. global production 40%. A sign of what’s to come?

Here are my 2 theories here and take them for what you will... Supply side - From what I've heard Toyota seemed like they were one of the least impacted automakers by the chip shortage because they (along with I think Hyundai) were pretty well stocked when it started to hit. This could just be...
  8. Paint/Rust Concern- Exposed bolt holes after switching rock rails w running boards

Seems like a bit of a missed opportunity on Ford's end, any chance there's an Aftermarket combo rock rail with a step that could use the same mounting holes as were on the rock rail?
  9. Will Switching Dealer Selection be allowed Once Order Banks Open?

For what it’s worth it seems like something funny is going on with the Ford website today and it sounds like a bunch of people’s reservations aren’t showing up on the site. https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/reservation-disappeared-on-ford-com.21948/
  10. Any chance of transferring contacting Ford and transferring reservation

Hi all, I have a reservation with a local dealer who shall remain nameless that’s not day one or anything like that, but its definitely from sometime in the latter half of July 2020. I’m an accountant and tax season got the better of me and I didn’t wind up making my order in time to get it in...
  11. Bronco on 35’s can fit in an 7’ feet garage door

Congrats man, I’m sure it wasn’t easy, but you earned it!
  12. Bronco on 35’s can fit in an 7’ feet garage door

Man, a Bronco and a Viper, I’m not quite sure how you got a highlight reel of my childhood dreams, but you are definitely living them.
  13. Tuffy Deluxe Cargo Area Enclosure with a Raised Lid (VM2DZ-78115A00-D)

One more question on this front and it may have to wait until more people have this, but does anyone know if this is compatible with the swing down table on the tailgate, I would think so, but not sure.
  14. Front license plate mount location closeup pic

On Amazon I saw a few tow hook front license plate brackets, would those work for these purposes?
  15. Surprise Bronco Reveal Update: Tires and Wheels Mounted and Balanced!

This is awesome...and a fantastic surprise for your wife. I feel like you're right on target with the Bronco. It's more than just a car that you're getting, you're buying back a feeling. Ever thought of reaching out to Ford directly, they'd probably eat this up and might even put your truck...
  16. Tuffy Deluxe Cargo Area Enclosure with a Raised Lid (VM2DZ-78115A00-D)

Actually, I may have answered my own question by looking on the Jeep one, it looks like it's basically just locked when the rear hatch door is closed (presumably by something in the door itself?). Any chance someone might be able to confirm that's the case?
  17. Tuffy Deluxe Cargo Area Enclosure with a Raised Lid (VM2DZ-78115A00-D)

This is exactly the boat I find myself in. I think I know my answer already , but does this lock shut at all? I'm not seeing a key or lock in the photos, but could just be missing something.
  18. Full PPF wrapped my entire Bronco First Edition !

Maybe it's the film and maybe it's the fluorescent lighting, but that is exactly the color gray that I want cactus gray to be. When I went to see it on a ranger in person on a cloudy day it looked too green for my tastes. In a perfect world (for me) it would look the same as the Toyota lunar...
  19. @dealerinsider offer closed

Hey Tom, I've always been befuddled by MD vehicle taxes on my end, I could be totally wrong, but for MD don't we pay full tax on any purchased vehicle at the vehicle cost regardless of any trade in value? If I'm misunderstanding and that's not the case let me know.
