Just got a pair of these installed today, have been impatiently waiting all day for the sun to go down so I can see how well the work, seem super bright already in the daylight.

Not 100% sure how the stock ones are installed they feel pretty loose like its just a panel pin pushed through they are hollow and I can feel a fastener in the center, so my assumption its just a panel pin type thing holding it in, and will just pop off. Will get a closer look and verify, but...

Yeah figured Ford wouldn't but, there would be some aftermarket solutions that could be made to work.

Under the spare on the rear gate are two of these little plastic support thingys, that the spare rests on. Seems they help with keeping some stress off the spare tire carrier and spreads the load over a larger area. Issue is I have a pretty big gap there since I went with 0 offest wheels, so...

You can set it to alert , alert and assist or assist only under Sync settings and then turn it on/off on steering wheel. At least on BD with mid package, imagine its similar for all though.

Awesome work! I ordered paint though AutomotiveTouchup which I have had good luck with before and did some test pieces to see how well it matches and looks pretty good , If it turns out half as good as your did I will still be happy :)

I noticed mine was a little low on coolant yesterday was not significant amount but below min fill line, chalked it up to being an air bubble in the system that finally worked its way out and topped it off. Not leaving any drips I have noticed anywhere but will take a closer look for sure...

I just did similar but went electric :) Cheap hoist from amazon was like $110 and works like a charm.

Tempting, but looks like its built for the Sasquatch fender flares. so will stick out too far for us shorter fenders.

You have to let it drop from pretty high up, setting it down gently and pushing it to latch doesn't work.

Yeah, I still don't know how mine slipped through the cracks and got delivered with the bad top. I would be furious if it was sitting on the dirt mountain. Still thought some would have experience or had looked around as I have seen more than one person state its going to be the first thing...

I will check some other places and see, they really seemed to want to d o the front and nothing else, I mentioned my concerns about the sides and they said yeah it would be a full wrap then. So will look elsewhere and see.

Yeah they quoted me $2895 for that so not too far off , my main concern is the sides though as most the trails around here are pretty narrow with lots of little branches that scratch up the sides ,
