  1. Braptor or Wildtrak

Dollar for dollar, the best bang for your buck on a Ford lot right now is the Ranger Raptor.
  2. Everglades Or Badlands?

I've owned an Everglades and a Wildtrak (currently own the Wildtrak). I can say that the Everglades is the best value, most capable Bronco off the showroom floor, hands down, bar none. The 2.3L engine is perfectly capable as-is, and nothing short of outstanding with the Ford Performance tune...
  3. Better Business Bureau: Did you order an ADV Production Modular Hardtop?

These days, Yelp is the BBB. You guys should be filing complaints with the Federal Trade Commission.
  4. Stinger Under Seat Amplifier Mounting Bracket

I mounted an amplifier larger than that on the Stinger bracket. Realistically, you only need two mounting holes to secure the amplifier to it.
  5. Install of the Ford Performance C Bow brace

Hmm, anytime I turn, and the body rolls slightly, I get a slight squeak in the rear cargo area. I assumed that it's the rear interior trim panels, but is it actually the top? If so, which part of the top, the seams, mounting points, etc? Also, which crossbar are you referring to?
  6. California Sold: JL Audio Stealthbox $600

Purchased brand new, was delivered on March 7th, and was installed about 3 weeks later. The one and only reason for selling is I’m relocating amplifiers from under the seats to an amplifier rack mounted in the factory subwoofer location, and mounting a subwoofer on the tailgate. About the...
  7. JL Audio Subwoofer Stealthbox for Bronco Update

The change is the material used to manufacture the enclosure, which appears to be marine-grade plastic. Aside from that, the subwoofer, internal volume, and overall performance has not changed. JL indicated that there should not be a noticeable difference between the two. The reason that JL...
  8. Do I need bass blockers if my amp has a crossover?

Depends on integration, but it's probably safe to assume you're using 2 channels to drive the front 4 speakers, in which case the crossover would be applied to your kickpanel speakers as well. IMO, 3-4" speakers should be crossed at 400Hz, assuming they're decent speakers.
  9. In search of high quality audio source

I remember when Limewire, Napster, and Kazaa was all we needed...
  10. Amplifier and sub causing battery to drain while driving???

If they installed the amplifier under the drivers seat, it was probably ground to the lower seatbelt assembly bolt, which isn't an appropriate ground point. The folks that have successfully used that location to ground probably cranked that bolt down super tight. Assuming that's the problem...
  11. ADV Production Modular Hardtop!

Seems like whenever there's a cluster of cancellations, they bump up their false advertising on the socials to get those lost deposits replaced.
  12. Amplifier and sub causing battery to drain while driving???

Draining while running? How many volts do you see while driving? How did the service department reach that conclusion? Did they attach a DMM, and start pulling fuses, or see if the amp is drawing current with the ignition off, or per norm, are they just guessing? How does the amplifier power...
  13. Fox wildtrack shocks onto Everglades questions for the shock swaping experts

Did the same thing when I owned an Everglades, but instead of using the Bilstein springs, I installed 1.5" perch collars on the front shocks. Had it to do over again, I probably would have installed Eibach coilovers based on the cost of the Fox shocks, but moreso because I ended up wanting more...
  14. Bronco got broken into last night

Noise, attention, and intervention from vehicle owners during a break-in are deterrents, so alarms, or the appearance of an alarm, is a decent deterrent to amateur thieves, or folks engaging in crimes of opportunity.
  15. Spare tire rubber bumper

You can grab a set from Barnes 4WD. https://barnes4wd.com/products/bronco-spare-tire-extended-bumper?_pos=6&_sid=e300df6bd&_ss=r
  16. JL Audio Stealthbox subwoofer enclosure for Bronco now available

I will be posting a Stealthbox for sale in the classifieds in about two weeks or so...
  17. KICKER KEY 200.4 VS OTHER AMPS . WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

As the current harness is configured and sold by PnP, you get an estimated 25 watts to each of the four front speakers, and absolutely nothing to the rear. In bi-amp mode, you get 50 watts to each of the four front speakers. In short, your front four speakers are driven by the entire 200 watts...
  18. KICKER KEY 200.4 VS OTHER AMPS . WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

I have an amp under both driver and passenger seats (for now). Integration with the factory head unit is the same, but installing a Key under the steering column compared to what's involved in installing an amplifier under a seat is apples and oranges. I think I'm being misunderstood. The point...
  19. KICKER KEY 200.4 VS OTHER AMPS . WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

Rephrasing; 110 watts sounds amazing to the noobs you're trying to market to. You don't advertise a bi-amp harness. Instead, you admittedly sell a harness that splits the wattage up front, and does absolutely nothing for the rear. The forum is plagued with those threads. You're missing the...
  20. KICKER KEY 200.4 VS OTHER AMPS . WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

I'm going to guess that the most attractive thing about the Key amplifiers is where they mount, so instead of trying to peddle Musway amps, why don't you offer these guys a harness that allows the Key to be run in bi-amp mode, which is where the Key absolutely shines. How big is the Musway...
