I have a 2.7 - I installed the tune and it took about a tank and a half of gas for me to feel the "full power" of it (disconnected ECU/battery and did full reset). I wasn't expecting anything crazy since it is fairly mild to begin with, but the transmission shifting re-programming is great and...

I would try and post in SNOB (Southern Nevada off-Road Broncos) OR SCB (Sin City Broncos). I am a member of both groups and they like to do Tie-Rod quite a bit. I'd offer to go with you but I like Cottonwood and Bird Spring Pass better :)

no they are sealed. an AMber sticker is the best bet. But it won't be the same level of brightness

I'm getting a Ford ProCal Tune so no need for the Pedal Commander anymore :) It's been great and works flawlessly - probably the best bang-for-buck upgrade you can get for the Bronco. $120 + Shipping.
