Hi Snowdogyyz and Cfield90,
How easy is it remove and re-install the OEM rubber floor mat while the base is installed? Doesn't look possible. Do you need to remove the base each time you want to take the floor mat out? Up here in snow country I need to remove the floor mats regularly to...
Officially closed out second vehicle in this build week. Daughter's Big Bend was picked up Thursday after a three month delay with a blend date of 5/3 and build date of 7/19. Tracker updated (for what it's worth).
Not sure if I am the last vehicle tracking in this build week. Hope so. But...
Pavement Princess!
Wife really wanted a Bronco for her daily driver. I just gave it a bit more aggressive look with new wheels/tires but it will be avoiding all but the most benign trails.
Now our 2023 order will be all about the dirt.
Yeah, I read gleaned that from various posts in my search on this issue. If only I could test it myself.
Yeah, I did this as well. Fully inserted and twisted. Even more so than the outlet in the cargo compartment. Nothing.
Yes, vehicle is both running and powered-off.
The lower half of this I got on Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09SHQDKW9/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Hi all,
Search the threads for an answer but couldn’t find anything. Before I have dealership tear apart the Bronco interior, looking to see if anyone has any suggestions.
The interior center console “cigarette” lighter port outlet is inoperative (see photo below). I tried several car charger...
That is what I figured. Just surprised there is no one else in this build week on a hold. All the other build weeks seem to have many folks stuck "in-production." And they able to still gage movement off of other people's movement.
After a slow start waiting on new wheels, we are now...
Am I one of the only ones here still with a vehicle showing "in-production?" I realize many people have moved on from this forum now that they have their vehicle. But given the chatter on the other build week threads I thought there would be more discussion here given how many folks have yet...
Here are some pics with the OEM crash bar and this wheel/tire combo that was a problem with full steering wheel deflection.
And the replacement crash bar.
Well maybe. Depends on what kind of wheels (offset) you have. I have the OBX (non-SAS) and I just put 85/70R17 Falken Wildpeak A/T on Method 17x8.5 (0 offset) on it. There was rubbing against the crash bars (steering wheel turned both directions). Had to remove them. I was surprised...
Finally after three weeks of shipping and a installation glitch got the the wheels/tires upgraded. Also did a few quick, inexpensive interior upgrades (all of those I got on Amazon). Not pictured is the Rough Country tail light extension. In a couple of months I'll take care of the fog lights...
OBX (non-SAS)
Method Gloss Titanium (17x8.5/6x5.5/0 offset)
285/70R17 Falken Wildpeak A/T
Stock suspension
Crash bars removed (Different offset may not have needed to remove them. Plan to replace them with aftermarket ones.)
Personal preference, I love the matching wheels and body paint...
Congrats.
Asked myself what could be posted now in a Dec 2021 thread. Decided to check it out and see you are just getting your Bronco. Unbelievable. I can't even imagine waiting as long you did. What has it been, like about six months? My daughter's was built back in early May. I just...
