Thanks for the synopsis. Yeah I asked because I was not sure how many people stopped updating the tracker or got their Bronco and moved on from this thread.
Three price protections:
PGM38406 - certificate (you probably qualify for this) - see post #1 for overview
PGM38446 - certificate (probably don't qualify for this) - see post #7 for overview
"retail" price protection - no certificate - see post #21 for overview
PGM - no idea
D&D - Destination...
I am pretty sure they know what to do but I think they are going to play dumb until shown otherwise. But whether they really do or don't know (😉) I used the info in post #21 to inform them of I how should get the additional MY22.5 "retail" price protection (post #32). Key word "retail." My...
Up here in Yankee country  it sat the Mass Brookfield Auto terminal for about 4-5 days. No idea if our union guys are faster or slower than yours. 😁
Awesome. Love that kind of storage organizing stuff.
But if I had one my other car would have to give up its space in the garage. It is very protective of its space.
Yep. Would have been good to keep tracking. But you know what, it was also kind of nice to just sit back and wait to be surprised with a call one day. Added some excitement to it.
Well the good news bad news (btw, so glad I get to post all of this under one build week)
Good news - picked up wife's OBX yesterday evening. Little bit of hiccup on price protection but it was worked out in the morning before we got there. No issues with the vehicle and the process. She wanted...

So here is the final results of all this for me.
Basically, I copied RagnarKon's post #21 (sorry, hope you don't mind) and sent an email this morning to the Rep. Said this is how this should work for you. They called back and talked a lot about there is "different layers to the Bronco price...
So what I have posted in posts # 1 & 7 are the PGMs for the PP programs that RagnarKon and I reference. He goes on to explain how they work (post #16) and these are ones that have certificates. As for the straight MY 22 to MY 22.5 he says that it is standard "retail" price protection. There...
Based on my understanding in FAQs, I would have thought you qualify for both. Good to see I am in step with RagNarKon.
Good luck to you as well. My battle of persuasion continues today.
Our dealer had $1000 deposit for both Broncos our family ordered. Said it was refundable if we cancelled.. Now I didn't think to ask what happens if a VIN was issued or it was built and I canceled.
So I think it depends on the dealerships. :(
