Dual subs are better than singles. However, they don't need to be wired for stereo as bass is non directional. Definitely disconnect the stock sub.

Not sure exactly what this means... The landings are harsh when you catch air or the rear gets bucked off the ground? If so, you may have been better off with a system tuned for high speed runs and jumps instead of a basic twin tube system designed for overland. ARB makes a decent overland...

@Dialtone I’m running the Dobinsons 566 front spring (+110lbs) and 569 rear spring (+150-300lb) matched to their IMS shock. These are the heaviest springs offered for a 2.7L four door Bronco. Unfortunately, Dobinsons doesn’t list spring rates online and I never saw the boxes the springs...

The Dobinsons damper is height adjustable to accomodate a longer spring. The problem is the OP's Dobinson spring is topping out the factory Bilsteins. Its riding at the top of its travel with no droop/sag. You can't stuff a spring thats two inches longer on a stock damper and expect it to be...

Plenty of winch capable bumpers that are compatible with front mounted sensors and cameras. Some mfgs even offer a relocation bracket for the camera. Looking through this specific forum is a good starting point…

My full Dobinsons setup (springs and shocks). The shock bodies are adjustable for height. Rides great and restored my ride height and then some.

Curious why it says “NO PARTS” on the door. Wouldn’t they normally strip it to a metal shell before crushing it like that?

I was in a similar spot and considered going from a 22 Wildtrack to a 23 Wildtrack. At end of day, I could add all the desired upgrades to my 22 for what the trade to the 23 would have cost me. That covers wheels/tires, lift, full skids, bumper/winch, lights, and upgrading the steering rack… YMMV

Springs are dependent on doors and engine size. Stepping up to springs for a four door may be the ticket. There isn’t a heavier spring for Broncos equipped with the tow package AFAIK. The after market offers heavier springs, but they’re not matched to the factory shocks.

What gasket did you use with the ARB cover? Does it come with one or do you just reuse the OEM?

Had it happen to me once before. Restarting cleared it up and hasn’t happened since. Just another ghost in the machine…

@CarbonSteel I may have missed the reasoning in this long thread… I’m curious why you decided to reused the OEM differential gasket instead of the one that came with the FP differential cover.

Perhaps I’m a Luddite… I prefer old school Klasse AIO topped with a couple layers of quality carnuba wax. Nice glossy finish that gets deeper with each layer of wax. I’ll apply another layer every 3-4 months and keep it up with detail spray after washes.

According to the earlier post you quoted, you need at least a zero offset rim (aftermarket) or appropriate spacers on the stock wheels.

Nothing to with the tires... The wheels need a zero offset. Factory SAS wheels are +35mm(?) offset. Most/many aftermarket wheels run lower offset.

The ARB OME springs are designed for their shocks. They won’t work on the Bilstein 6110. Dobinsons makes a good spring in several different weights depending on your application. They ride fine so long as you match the spring to the shock.

@Heckler Not many trail miles, but I've been happy with the RT Trails. Same 315/70-17 as the stock SAS Goodyears, but are a D load range instead of C. They're a little heavier, stiffer, and I can definately hear them. More of a dull roar compared to the slapping sound of the stockers at 14k...

@Wobblez I'm still running the stock sway with my Dobinsons IMS setup, but am thinking about making the switch to the AntiRock bar. Are you running the Antirock as delivered or did you setup with longer links?
