  1. People flipping their Bronco

I thought they were cracking down on that, or maybe other states were going after their own residents who were registering cars in Montana? I'm just basing this on some stuff I've seen Bolian put out about exotics in GA...
  2. Good site/resource for persons new to off road vehicles?

If you're ever up north Land Rover has a driving school in a very quaint little VT town. It's attached to a historic inn. Definitely a good way to get the wife to indulge a car-centric long weekend trip. https://experience.landroverusa.com/vermont/index.html
  3. ALL SASQUATCH ORDERS ARE NOT BEING PUSHED INTO 2022

Were this not in Japan I'd own it already and my Bronco dreams would be dead. The do some really, really nice work. https://www.e-arrows.jp/stockcars/classicline
  4. ALL SASQUATCH ORDERS ARE NOT BEING PUSHED INTO 2022

Biggest thing with the Bronco, aside from reliable and capable, it's not "too nice" if that makes sense. Steel wheels, easy to replace a plastic fender if one gets scratched, etc. I don't own a single car that I will park in a public lot, drive in bad weather willingly, etc. We take GF car...
  5. ALL SASQUATCH ORDERS ARE NOT BEING PUSHED INTO 2022

I really don't need a ton of room but did enjoy having an old X5 to beat up. I'm even looking at stuff like a first gen, 3.2L 6 cylinder TT and doing a safari build. That or a lifted V70 xCountry Volvo. I am really going down the rabbit hole of weird stuff, purely out of boredom while waiting...
  6. ALL SASQUATCH ORDERS ARE NOT BEING PUSHED INTO 2022

So I am a habitual car hoarder and shopper, always looking. I ran out of room 3 cars ago and pay for offsite storage. For the Bronco, I'm going to keep shopping for alternatives because I cannot not do that. Similar to watch shopping though, only getting something if I want the same thing for 3...
  7. ALL SASQUATCH ORDERS ARE NOT BEING PUSHED INTO 2022

Funny I stopped at a light next to a Wrangler today and all I could think about was how rough it looked compared the Bronco. Exposed hinges, hardware, etc. Bronco looks MUCH more polished. 10 mins later a Cactus Grey Sport passed me on the highway. The Sport didn't look bad, but damn the Cactus...
  8. Getting ready... What other accessories / preparations?

Not sure if it's an issue on this type of vehicle but did you have a dead blow hammer on your list? Most of my cars, especially in the winter, the wheels get stuck to the hubs and need a good knock to remove them. Beats climbing under the car for a swift kick. My Cannonball kit also includes a...
  9. Plow Options?

I am going to annoy everyone with my newfound knowledge. Except I'll be like an old person using slang slightly wrong.
  10. Plow Options?

Han is a complete lunatic. Totally, undeniably insane. Audi guy last I checked too. Solid dude hope he does OK coming out of C19.
  11. Plow Options?

This is exactly the kind of info I need... plow slang. Keep it coming.
  12. Getting ready... What other accessories / preparations?

They'll probably have mount solutions for their not yet conceived 200 second extinguisher before I get my Bronco.
  13. Getting ready... What other accessories / preparations?

I just spoke with Paul at Element Fire Extinguishers. I am familiar with Halotron which is a different technology, but in simple terms after you use it everything turns to gas and there's no mess to clean up. The Element is also mess-free, the discharge will not leave a giant (and expensive to...
  14. Plow Options?

We have someone, but it often takes a while, she gets antsy, you know the drill when old ladies start worrying about things.
  15. Suggestions for shipping my Bronco

Jay helped me ship my car from LA to Philadelphia. He can definitely get you enclosed door to door transport within your budget (I was under $2K). The only caveat is it's significantly more if you need your car picked up on a specific day. Mine was just a week range for pickup. The service was...
  16. Plow Options?

  17. Plow Options?

I am sure the seasoned plow experts will vomit all over this product, but I'm thinking about getting one to leave at mom's house. My snow removal needs are one driveway, maybe 40 yards long, 3-4 times per year. Don't need to go crazy. https://www.agricover.com/snowsport/180/
  18. Is this correct?

    Mine did that as well
  19. CAPLESS GAS FILL?

Very interesting, not that my Bronco will ever see Cannonball duty but that would make plumbing an auxiliary tank very easy. Heck the drain holes in the floor would solve the bathroom problem too ;)
  20. Sasquatch pushes all orders to MY2022??

Honest question... do we think some dealers are purposely providing false info to folks in order to push them towards builds that are easy to fulfill early? Like if you don't know any better and a dealer says "your sasquatch 2-door will be MY22 at best, but you could get a regular 4-door ASAP."...
