Well after several months, the squeak just came back. At the dealer now and the tech definitely heard it this time. They put it up on the lift last time- couldn’t find anything and left the ticket open. For months the noise never appeared until two days ago. Told them to focus on the rear joint...
Glad you posted this! I have not updated to IOS 18 yet but noticed my text alerts were no longer working. Checked and the notifications were turned off. 🤞
Yep! And look at the reactions people had to this thread- which was to track this issue and see if there was a problem and if so, what date ranges. All those that pissed all over him and other members who supported this tracking should learn something about “extreme fandom” and what ignoring...
Well look at that! I still remember the data thread about these blown motors and certain members (I won’t use the nickname for them here) visceral reactions to those of us who noted that this was not a “normal blown engine or two”. Sometimes you have to put your blinding fandom aside and get...
The actual brakes on a 2.3 vs 2.7 are very different. One is vacuum assisted, the other is electrically assisted. When you drive them back to back it’s a stark contrast.

My Bronco is a 2.7- the wife’s Bronco is the 2.3. Hers drives fine and has pep- but it’s not quite the same as my 2.7. I’d take the 2.7 all day long.

Here is that...
