Does anyone have instructions to remove the plastic pillar between the driver and rear doors on the driver side to be able to snake a power cable along the floor channel?

Bump. Added my final sub equipment purchase. Hopefully everything will be here this week and I can have it installed next week. Will post pictures of that when it's done.

Ended up removing the factory 6.5"s and added those.

Sorry, I ended up painting mine gloss black. Just make sure if you do end up swapping with someone that they also have the front camera (looks like you have the lux), since that is part of the grill.

Thanks, I saw this. Unfortunately looks like you also have to remove the factory amp. I'm also not sure I want to completely remove the factory enclosure or just remove the speaker itself.

Added times/tools needed to each section. I broke it up over multiple days since I ordered the speakers in stages to see if it was worth doing. Watching the videos ahead of time helps a great deal and having all the tools already out makes things go more quickly. It is definitely a DIY...

Hardware store doesn't have #8 screws in 1" length with a head profile small enough to fit in the seat on the speaker.

What am I doing wrong. I connected the focal acx 165 to the metra speaker adapter with the focal screws, but the focal screws are too long and hit the door when I try and seat the speaker?

Anyone?
