Mine gets loose on a trail. Now I remember that it needs a screwdriver to the front and a small socket (maybe 6,7mm?) to the back. It looks tight to me but it turns out I can give it a few turns

The catch (hook?) might be loose. It is secured by two bolts to the back.

Alltrails also has some 4x4 trails on its list (not as good as On-x). However, they are more for hiking. Gaia is the Swiss knife of outdoor apps. It is good for hiking and 4x4 trails. Unfortunately, their membership price has recently skyrocketed, and there is no longer 50~80% off discount.
