  1. Recall: Rear Shock Absorber External Reservoir Corrosion (Safety Recall 25S01 - January 21, 2025)

Bilstein may have some QC issues with welding. Last year, there is a PSA for 6112. See this video from Shock Surplus.
  2. Recall: Rear Shock Absorber External Reservoir Corrosion (Safety Recall 25S01 - January 21, 2025)

With Bilstein in the front and Fox in the rear, it will wiggle like crazy :)
  3. Recall: Rear Shock Absorber External Reservoir Corrosion (Safety Recall 25S01 - January 21, 2025)

    1. Does recall cover take-off shocks ? 2. Does it mean no new 23/34 bronco with SAS can be sold until at least half a year later?
  4. Falken Wildpeak A/T3W Pressure vs. Goodyear Territory MTs

I just did this a few weeks ago. For SAS and GY tires, I am pretty sure it is set to 39. No idea about 30/35 psi warning & 39 setting though. It is listed as Front Tire Placard and Rear Tire Placard under BdyCM. Another thread about TPMS...
  5. Falken Wildpeak A/T3W Pressure vs. Goodyear Territory MTs

First, air up to > 35 psi and clear the warning, then air down as low as 30 psi (make sure it stays above 30 when cold). This is the way to clear warnings & a comfortable ride, unless you forscan the warning setting
  6. Anderson composite hard top- rear hydraulic arm has broken off rear glass

No FOMOCO logo on the strut? That's interesting. Maybe they find some cheaper aftermarket components to lower the cost.
  7. Anderson composite hard top- rear hydraulic arm has broken off rear glass

I think somebody mentionsin the forum that Anderson hardtop uses OEM rear windshield assembly.
  8. 4 Wheel Parts 4WP 2.5 VSRT Coilovers - Off-Road Impression Review

I feel the 4wp is more plush than the yellow Bilstein. It will have more nose dives and body rolls than hoss 2.0., it is not as bad as Hoss 3.0 Fox though.
  9. Hardtop Clamshell Brackets: Not Connected to Frame

Yes, that might be the best part of Anderson top. Looks nice.
  10. Hardtop Clamshell Brackets: Not Connected to Frame

You can use Anderson hardtop installation manual as a reference since they are oem copy. In their first page (step 4b), they mentioned you may need to loose two bolts to align the front hole. You may need to do it on both sides. Ask your dealer to refund the installation labor cost...
  11. Special Tools Needed

What torque wrench do you use for the rear top nuts? Tight space.
  12. Tire Pressure warning at 35psi?

The default low pressure warning logic is not a one-threshold setting. If warning is triggered, (any tire <30), you must air up to 35 to clear it. Due to rounding like Brian said, better to air up to 36. Once it is cleared, you can lower it to 30 wo trigger any warning. Any cold pressure...
  13. Rear spacer lift - no alignment needed?

OK, that kind of makes sense. I just did a quick estimation. Say the rear sags 1 inch, 4dr wheelbase is 116''. The caster angle could change by arctan(1/116) ~~ 0.5 deg. It's not significant enough unless your alignment number is right on the boundary.
  14. Rear spacer lift - no alignment needed?

Rake or squat could change the front caster angle, or no?
  15. Hardtop Roof Rack: if you were buying today?

    what is their lead time?
  16. Loud Rattle From Passenger Door/Seat

It is not that hard. Just pop one small plastic cover (the most challenging part ) & three bolts (10mm sockets) and you can take it off. But yeah, check the seat first.
  17. Loud Rattle From Passenger Door/Seat

I have no clue about the rattle. But I read through the Reddit thread. OP says it is the cable behind the handle assembly. Just want to know if you have tried it?
  18. Backup Camera Covers?

Simple. You forget about softtop. No rear wiper. And people may go topless with hardtop.
  19. Poor paint job after repair. what to do next?

Update. After one more week, I get more disappointed with the repair. After fixing the paint nibs, now it is a touchup repair on the rear fender, uneven paint inside the hood, broken clips on the weather stripping. With the holiday approaching, I don't want to leave it at the shop but...
