Called Ford customer service today. No more help than Ford Chat. Said, as I suspected, the system automatically moves your ETA out each week by default until a carrier physically picks your vehicle up. So, in other words, the ETA's we keep getting are actually worthless.

My dealer now has no ETA on delivery. Just keeps getting worse. Also said that, ”It appears the criteria is met to extend the price protection certificate, however our Ford rep is opening up a case to find out if it will be extended.” I’m not exactly sure how to read that. So let me get...

Pulled the trigger today on renewing my financing rate lock for another 60 days. Given an 11/16 blend date, surely it will arrive by 2/27 (insert wishful thinking here). Rate goes up another .5%. Thanks, Ford.

Just received an update email from Ford saying, “To ensure your complete satisfaction, we will require additional time before your 2022 Bronco™ Outer Banks™ is delivered.” Estimated delivery date range has been revised to between January 3, 2023 and January 9, 2023.

Did you get the new unit reprogrammed successfully? And did it affect the temps that were displaying on the screen? Did they stay or go away?

Ford Chat yesterday said ETA of Dec 27. Email from dealer this morning says new ETA of Dec 30 - Jan 5 . . . but still sitting at MAP with no movement yet.

Same here, my ETA is 12/21. But my status has been Awaiting Shipment since 11/29.

Did your rep say what happens if your certificate expires on Dec 31, 2022, but your MY22 Bronco doesn’t arrive until sometime in 2023?

Congrats! I’m in Greenville, still awaiting shipment from MAP. How long did yours take to get to Summerville once it shipped? And do you know where the rail takes them first in the southeast before trucking?
