I work for Ford at R&E. 27 years. We have buildings scattered over Dearborn, Dearborn Heights and Allen Park. Roush 9 is located between 3 of our Ford buildings. My Son-in-law works in the Ford VEMC next door to Roush. He said the lot was full of Broncos a few days ago. He drives by them every...
According to Ford Chat and the Ford tracking computer, my Bronco was built and released for shipping on June 8, 2022. I am on estimated delivery window #5. My dealership is 20 miles from MAP. The computer bases the estimated delivery windows on this information. Unfortunately, itās not actually...
You guys should ignore those estimated delivery emails. They are computer generated and mean nothing. Iām on my 5th delivery window and it expires in 2 days. My Bronco is on plant hold and is not released for shipping, Ii donāt expect it anytime soon.
I was told Roush employees handle thins work. There are hundreds of Broncos parked at a Roush facility in Allen Park. MAP is using crews of assembly line workers in addition to Roush during the shutdown. MAP doesnāt have the man power to run the line snd finish the Broncos waiting on parts. The...
The Ford Marketing people have no more information than your dealer can get. You canāt take any stock in their claims because they use conjecture. They told me all kinds of bad information about my build. 2023 order banks are not open. Ford will contact those that miss the 2022 model year and...
They get rolled out in the parking lot with missing parts and they report them as built. We get emails telling us they are built awaiting shipment even though they are on a āplant holdā until the missing parts are installed.
Thatās what happens. They keep the line moving.
It sounds like you never converted over to a 2022 order. They donāt automatically convert your order. I had to place a brand new order in person at my dealership in October of 2021 to get in line for my 2022. Sounds like your dealership dropped the ball.
They have more than 1 million employees here in the USA. One of the largest employers in the USA. You support working men and women in the USA with every purchase.
Furthermore EVERY company gets materials from China. Itās not new or exclusive to Amazon. It was a great argument in the 1980ās.
I tried Chemical Guyās Speed Wipe and thought it was absolute trash. I never had any detail spray streak like that. I never considered buying anything else from them after that.
I agree. I didnāt take anything off my order. Itās a Wildtrak with MIC, LUX, tow, modular bumper, etc. MSRP $62 K. I refused to settle. I updated my order to Y22 on 10/08/21
