Eh, there's nothing special or Raptor-ish about the Wildtrak. It's just the Bronco trim with Squatch standard. With Squatch available on every other trim and no really unique features of its own I'm not sure why the Wildtrak trim exists at all.
I would have added a bit in there about unfucking the allocation system to restore some semblance of priority to the reservation order. Stop trying to punish the Grangers, Stephens, etc. for doing well in selling Broncos of which action also had the unfortunate effect of hurting all smaller dealers.
I doubt we'll see any options with more positive offset than the +30 of the Sasquatch. I'd reckon zero chance at the stock +55. Most tend to be within a half inch of neutral (+12 to -12)
It's only available on the Badlands. Standard equipment on that trim. Used to be able to get it on the First Edition since it was just a fancy Badlands. Hard telling, at this point, if it'll be available on any of the rumored special editions for MY22.
Finally somebody did it!! This is what I've been talking about with painting the outermost bevel of the grille body color. Wrapping the outside edge of the grille into the leading edge of the fender has been one of my biggest design peeves with the 6G Bronco. This helps blend them better...
I'm still hoping on the slimmest of hopes that they'll bring the painted modular top in as a late availability MY22 option. It could help take some of the heat off the MIC top. But, I'm also likely a MY23 anyways due to Ford's allocation war with Granger so....
Having worked in manufacturing for 20+ years, assemblies, like an engine, tend to fail fairly immediately or they live pretty near their designed lives before giving up the ghost. Sucks that you got one that 86'd itself early.
The only MIC gray plastic on any Bronco is the hardtop and the grilles of the Big Bend and Badlands. The rest is black. The flares won't match. The door handles won't either. Nothing else plastic will match the tops and grilles. I still can't figure out why the chose to go that route with having...
It was always just a name....a cheap way for Ford to throw another "premium" trim in the lineup by making a few popular options standard on the OBX. It offers nothing special for "high-speed" off-roading that any Badlands or Squatch'd Bronco doesn't also. It brings basically nothing unique to...
I already wasn't a fan of mixing the old scripts with the new ones but seeing that Bronco Depot trim on almost every single Bronco posted has it 100% crossed off my list now.
Nah. I'm actually glad that they kept the orange accents in spite of the griping. Curious tho if they ever will offer a neutral option like a gray for those that don't like them.
