Crap. Forgot to put a price 😆. For just the tires I'd take $1000 obo for all 5. They would be 33s. I'll demount them from the Wrangler Rubicon wheels. I picked up a JLR while waiting for my Bronco to be built.
I went to 315s so I have a set of 5 285/70/17s BFG KO2s with approximately 4k miles on them. No off-roading except one trip down a gravel road. They are currently in my quality lab at work after I picked them up from Discount Tire. I can ship them to you from there if you'll cover the cost.
When we've got evidence of people walking in off the street at big city/large volume dealers and being able to order and take delivery of Broncos long before reservation holders get theirs I don't know if we'll ever be able to tease out where the reservations were filled from the production numbers.
1) the only thing keeping KO2s in the running for me is the fact they're light in comparison to all the other comparable tires. But I am looking at the M/T Baja Boss A/Ts for the JLR I bought since Ford can't seem to build my Bronco any time soon.
2) Eh
3) You're right. All the other trims do...
This is why I just went ahead and bought a 2dr JL Rubicon to get me thru until Ford finally pulls my number. I'm a 2DR BadSquatch with Lux and Tow and I refuse to change from that. We'll see if some time in the Jeep changes my mind on whether to proceed with the Bronco if/when it ever comes down...
I bought a JL Rubicon this week since, not having gotten my VIN yet, there's slim to no chance I'll be seeing a Bronco this summer. The more I see of the RRaptor the more I believe I may skip the Bronco entirely and go hard for one of these.
I'd like to see the digital dash trickle down to at least the Badlands and Wildtrak. The modular tops finally being made available in white, black and body color. My hope is that Eruption Green is not a one year only color. Other than that, I wouldn't change anything on my order. MY23 is likely...
Ford barely plays lip service any more to the early reservation holders. Allocations are really all that matters and they'll gladly sell your exact build to someone who walked in off the street at a big city, high volume dealership if your dealer is out of allocations.
That's actually great info to have. I'm not a fan of the Carbonized Gray Badlands version or the gloss painted black Wildtrak but if the replacement part is the plain black plastic that would be perfect.
Ranger Raptor and the next gen Colorado ZR2/Canyon AT4X are both due in '23. The RRaptor has the lead there if it's available before my Bronco gets scheduled. Which is a possibility with a Grangtober order. I've done a Build and Price on Wrangler and Gladiator Rubicons but I find it ridiculous I...
I'm going to be highly disappointed if that digital dash doesn't make it's way down to at least the Badlands and Wildtrak. It makes me hate the instrument cluster we did get all that much more knowing this exists.
I feel that. My 5th Gen Camaro SS was Inferno Orange which was like Hugger Orange with a gold-ish pearlcoat. It photographed everywhere between golden orange and tomato red depending on the lighting.
Curiosity got the best of me so I found the original post on Facebook. It actually does link back to Saleen's official FB page (the guy does have other Saleens with window stickers on his profile and another similarly styled Bronco in a blue with white scheme). Which, if this is what passes for...
I'm not really interested in overpaying for a Wrangler and none of my other options are coming til '23 (Ranger Raptor, next gen Colorado ZR2/Canyon AT4X (GMC is finally getting a ZR2 equivalent)) so I'm in a holding pattern while I wait. I refuse to adjust my order just to get it quicker.
Yup. I guess I'm weird but I'm just not a fan of mods that scream aftermarket. Which seems to be out of sync with most of the off-road offerings. My preference would be towards something that appears OEM but offers the additional functionality and durability of an aftermarket piece.
