I haven’t had any problem with the tie down points, just need a better pad for the front window area. Also I didn’t go highway speeds.

You probably found it but the Curt wiring harness is plug and play besides the power wire to the battery.

Of course a week later and most of these were sold. I agree that customer orders should take priority over dealer stock but I guess most delayed orders are for more optioned/higher trim models. So it is just as well pump out a few Base/BBs to dealers while waiting.

I don't think we have the same problem in Canada. My dealer had 6 or more BB and base models at MSRP a few weeks ago. I believe most are sold now. but its not uncommon to see one or 2 sit for a few weeks. My cancelled order was on the lot for about 3 weeks and it was the cheapest 4 door there...

Like 5-6 months for many of us that had January blend dates :(

I guess this is what the note in my window was about... not sure if they had to tweak anything but the fit and finish of my unit is great and no issues what so ever (yet).

I work at a University too and forgot all about the new students coming. The Fall semester don't start here for another 2 weeks. I guess I'll need to be more picky on where I park. I've been used to the same faculty/staff vehicles who are usually somewhat careful with their vehicles.

First time with the top all the way back. Looks better but I don’t see myself doing it very often mainly because the extra work don’t provide any extra benefits plus it blocks the rear view.
