Well just getting to town can be an adventure (especially in winter or monsoon season) as we are down 10 miles of dirt road outside a town of just 3400 people
I am going to add the HOSS 3.0 setup from Ford to my recently purchased 2 door HEL and was wondering if an owner adds a winch and carries tools/etc in back would the 4 door shocks work better than the 2 door versions.
What are the differences between the 2 and 4 door versions?
Which can also be a bad thing when the right retard works on the vehicle.
A woman brought her vehicle into a friend of mine's shop after her friend had worked on it.
That "friend" had simply used the cotter pin (NO NUT) to hold one of the steering ball joints in place.
I DEFINITELY preferred the look of this over the Stroppe but was wanting the HOSS 3.0 and digital cluster so was tempted. I could have got the 25 Stroppe for just $4K above the cost of the HEL.
When I get the settlement check I'm going to add the HOSS 3.0 Fox shocks and am just going to live...
Unfortunately stroke after affects and onset of dementia aren't compatible to trail rides. She is now legally blind as well so can't even appreciate the looks of the bronco
I like that this has much thicker leather on the seats then my Wildtrak did,
Wildtrak's were like something a skirt might be made from while the HEL's are more akin to a jacket
It's the only reason I put up with the dealer's crap during the purchase.
It was literally the only one in that color available I could find and was a few thousand cheaper then any of the Robins Egg Blue or Yellowstone versions for sale .
Had to make the 4 hour (each way) drive to Scottsdale...
Had less than 7K miles on the odometer and was bought to replace the Wildtrak that was totaled.
Quick process by State Farm as Wildtak was wrecked on the 3rd of June and I was able to buy this yesterday the 13th.
