  1. Who wants a Bronco refresh?

Squared fenders, Wimbledon White grille/top( available Heritage or not) more 2 doors, Black Diamond particularily. And this "Getting brake-based per-wheel vectoring with the GOAT modes would be nice for lower trims, so you don't force everyone into full-on lockers (and all the people that don't...

  3. Dealership saying I need a new engine at 77k miles

They say modern engines love to rap, but I start to get nervous when the tach creeps to 4K
  4. What did you do TO / WITH your Bronco today? 👨🏻‍🔧🧰🚿🛠

Had not seen it set vertically. In my 2 door is lays flat and fills the area behind the seat nicely. Sticks up about 2" higher than the folded seat.
  5. What did you do TO / WITH your Bronco today? 👨🏻‍🔧🧰🚿🛠

Looks great! That's the one I build when I play with the B & P.
  7. Flat Tow Tips (from 16K miles of towing behind RV)

I have a RVI system which is the same basic type as Brake Buddy, 2.3 vacuum brakes, part time 4x4, no problems
  8. Wasp infestation - is spray safe for MIC parts?

I had some working into the siding of my house. Spray did nothing, Sevin dust work quickly. i'd guess it's the carrier with spray that might damage the MIC, no carrier with dust. ...but this implies no direct knowledge by the poster of the toxicity, efficacy or safety or MIC...
  9. What did you do TO / WITH your Bronco today? 👨🏻‍🔧🧰🚿🛠

Miles? Do you have any guesses as to the why of the wear pattern?
  10. Dealership saying I need a new engine at 77k miles

Like the time in Vegas the mechanic said I needed a timing chain. Ford 300 6, no chain, gear drive. I went to Checker got a timing light, adjusted all good. He had hooked his light up to the coil wire so we got flashes all over.
  11. Paint imperfection, should I have it fixed?

My 21 had something similar on passenger door. My salesman saw it, I barely could. He had me take it in for an estimate: $6000. They were going to redo the entire passenger side. No thanks. As shitty as the Ford paint may be I'll take it over a repair. Today I can't even find it. That low...
  12. For those of you replacing rear coilovers what are you torquing them at.

I had my son, who knows his way around a weight room, give it a good go on a 3 foot cheater. I seldom use an impact. In fact doing my suspension I think I only used it on lug nuts, then I always start and check by hand. We see quite a few posts on this forum about ruined nuts/bolts by...
  13. Low pressure fuel pump failure - recall

When I had the front driveshaft recall done I removed my transfercase and transmission skids because I figured I'd get an upcharge for non stock components. I suppose I will do the same here.
  14. Low pressure fuel pump failure - recall

I'm not generally am not a very litigious guy but hasn't Ford now accepted liability if I back over someone or if the engine dies in an intersection and I'm killed. Informed my wife what to do...
  15. Low pressure fuel pump failure - recall

Same. But I figure while they're in there digging around they might fix the compass that's been f'd up since the last camera fix.
  16. Low pressure fuel pump failure - recall

So you're pushing TWO Jeeps up that hill with those rigid bars, impressive!
  17. Simple climb - Bronco stops moving then starts

Exactly. My son's Tacoma does amazing things when in "loose rock" mode. I'd like to find the secret to unlocking something similar in the Bronco.
  18. Flat Tow Engine Failure

FWIW probably the transmission only, not engine.
  19. Low pressure fuel pump failure - recall

Looks like I get a new fuel pump, someday. My '23 Explorer was built in November of 22 so I dodged that one, but it does have a Sync Recall on it. And my Bronco has the rear camera recall, but all three are waiting on parts and I have experienced no adverse symptoms.
  20. Simple climb - Bronco stops moving then starts

So this implies that One Pedal Drive (which I don't have) activates traction control and may cause bind. The same statement does not appear in the Trail Control (which I do have) instructions though it does mention potential ABS noise, but I suspect that would have to do with braking to slow...
