Noticed when using forscan to adjust my tire size I’m getting a DTC from the ACM saying fault in speaker 6. Anyone know which one that is so I don’t have to take them all apart?
You may be a genius lol. At 2604 was still a little off, dropped to 2600 and it’s spot on below 40 and at 70 on display GPS was bouncing between 70-71 which I can live with. Ford must have used common core math when they set that algorithm up.
I noticed as soon as I left the shop I could almost feel the tread at low speeds lol but on the highway it just rides like a truck now which is fine by me it’s not a luxury car anyway. Coil overs are on my list for next spring, had to do the tires first because I had already replaced two of the...
Made a trip to the Ferrier today to get some new shoes installed on the Bronco. Went for the Mickey Thompson Baja Boss A/T in size LT255/85/R17. Really fills out the wheel wells on the non sas BD only 100 miles on them so far so not sure how big a hit I’ll end up taking in MPG. Had them set at...
Installed the rough country tailgate reinforcement, spare tire relocation and third brake light relocation. Looked funny with the stock 32 on it, but she’s getting new shoes installed as I type. One thing I discovered that should be in the instructions is to remove the gas strut from the swing...
The factory switches activate a relay that sends power to the wires by the firewall. The MLC6 box connects those wires to its own on board relays with individual 30A fuses on the power out side of each relay. So single switch for each position but double redundant protection to the vehicle...
RC MLC6 is what I used. Makes all six switches 30 amp double fused and double relayed. Easy install, only have to splice into the factory wires once and can change which switch something is on in seconds.
Glad the setup you got works for you. I thought about that one but being a 2door space is at a premium so I coughed up the extra coin for the dual under the hood in a Grimm mount. Out of the way, secure and looks like it came from the factory. Also agree that rhino’s products are perfect for...
Try turning the dial around the drivetrain buttons to see what modes you have. Also I would suggest double checking the speed with GPS to see if the speedometer was calibrated for those tires.
Decided I'm tired of the delicate sidewalls on the General Grabber AT/X that came on my BD so wanting to upgrade and upsize at the same time. Only thing I liked in the 285/75/17 size was the KO2 but after reading that they don't like rainy days on pavement I decided that wont work. Now thinking...
Mine grinds occasionally going into third but it’s usually due to a communication error between my brain and my left foot. Third seems to be the only gear I forget I have to move the shifter before I lift up on the clutch.
Anyone else having issues with cuts and gashes on the sidewalls of the Grabber ATX that comes on the BD? I have had two replaced by my dealers road hazard protection, one for a huge gash in the sidewall and one for a huge price of gravel that stabbed in between the treads. (That one could have...
