  1. Okay, let's see them. Your favorite picture for 2023!

Probably 4th of July in Santa Fe NM after spending the day out in the Jemez mountains. Or the night she got new shoes. maybe snow wheeling with the new mickeys
  2. What’s this bracket for?

While doing my least favorite Bronco chore, removing wheels to clean out mud from wheels and suspension. I noticed these empty brackets just inboard and above the rear trailing arms. I’m assuming they are for a component my non sas BD does not have so just curious if anyone knows what would be...
  3. 2wd Sport mode

Since the bronco does not have selectable locking front hubs the front axles and differential are always turning. Using engine power through the drive shaft to turn them is much more efficient than getting them turning via rotating the tires. 4A will not only accelerate faster but in more normal...
  4. iPhone Carplay stopped allowing pinch zoom, panning maps

I have noticed the same thing. Used to be able to pinch zoom and drag to check other areas in Waze and onX, which was especially handy when at a fork on a new trail. Now have to tap it then zoom with a + or - and pan with arrows. No idea if it’s and IOS update or a sync update. Wouldn’t surprise...
  5. Capable Bumper question here, concerning its fog lights

Thanks. They make them in multiple colors and they are pretty cheap so might be an option for ya.
  6. Capable Bumper question here, concerning its fog lights

I went with amber film covers on mine. Lamin-x Custom Fit Amber Fog Light Covers for Ford Bronco SUV (2021+) https://a.co/d/a1oYhuN Removed the he fog lights to install them and the edges are not visible at all looks like it came that way from the factory.
  7. What did you do TO / WITH your Bronco today? 👨🏻‍🔧🧰🚿🛠

Installed laminx amber covers to the factory fog lights yesterday. So far really liking the look, will see if the amber color is any better in snow/fog with the next storm.
  8. Ford manual transmission parts on back order.

Mine was officially diagnosed by the dealer with the cold weather grinding noise back in March. Thankfully they advised me to keep driving it as they are still waiting on the parts. When I was in for an oil change a few weeks ago I asked them to look into replacing the entire trans. Still no...
  9. Sway Bar and Locker Use

I had no plans of being a know it all internet troll today, but apparently that’s what I woke up as….. maybe I should go back to bed and try again lol.
  10. Sway Bar and Locker Use

Well worded response and I shall take the sting back which I earned in stride lol.
  11. Sway Bar and Locker Use

Sasquatch does not include electronic sway bar disconnect, that’s available on Badlands (with or without sas) and First Edition only. It does include a slight lift, upgraded shocks, front and rear lockers for trims that don’t come with them, larger tires and 4.7 gear ratio. and the whole...
  12. Sway Bar and Locker Use

I’m honestly trying to figure out if this comment is serious or satire…
  13. Tall and skinny tire time.

Definitely notice a ride difference from the grabbers but it’s not really unpleasant, it just rides like a truck now. Also noticeably a bit slower on acceleration due to the increased size and weight but again not an issue for me just had to relearn what speeds to shift at, I don’t think I want...
  14. Tall and skinny tire time.

I personally prefer to run a matching spare. Don’t want to have issues getting off a trail if I cut a tire and put the spare on. I also do 5 tire rotation’s to keep the wear as even as possible on all 5. If your not doing any off road driving then I guess a cheap basic spare with a cover on it...
  15. Tall and skinny tire time.

that’s exactly the tire Started this thread about lol. Finally got them dirty yesterday.
  16. Super weird. New Bronco Opens Security Gate???

If it really is RFID check your paperwork from the dealership. They probably knew what the sticker was and removed it from the trade vehicle and placed it in your packet. If it’s not in the bronco somewhere then make sure to let whoever is in charge of the gate know to deactivate that one from...
  17. Tall and skinny tire time.

The tires themselves are right at 34.5” in diameter.
  18. Tall and skinny tire time.

The mickeys were all discount had listed in the 34 - 35 x10 range for a 17” wheel. I like the look and the reviews they go so went for it. They pretty much line up with the non sas flares on the -55 offset BD wheels.
  19. Tall and skinny tire time.

Plan on going with a lower drop hitch once I get the new coil overs next spring. 2” drop on the black diamond with factory tires was perfect. also the tires look good on rocks I just discovered lol.
  20. Tall and skinny tire time.

The rough country kit moves the spare 2 inches out from the tailgate and two inches up so that 35” and larger don’t hit the bumper. I didn’t need the out but needed the higher mount so it wouldn’t interfere with the hitch on my trailer.
