In the reverse of that, Dad's 1/2 ton Chebby truck would chew up the SL rears, which we attributed to towing the boat on some pretty long haul fishing trips. It's not al that heavy, but it must have counted for something. He switched to E rated and gets really good life out of them now.

The State Farm site/app had a few shops for me to choose from, luckily one was an independent old timer I've used in the past several times. Not that you are limited to only those shops. In this state, that cannot dictate the repair shop.

No lift needed ... unless you will offroad it or just want the look. Once upon a time, I ran 35 x 11.5 toyos on my base Base with +35mm Methods ( same as Ford Performance Methods they offer) Zero issues on the street...
