4A is the easy option for a lot of situations. Gravel road going uphill. Rain. Snow. Etcā¦.
If you plan on keeping the truck for some period of time, the $1k is worth it. Otherwise you will wish you had ponied up for it.

You can check your tire setting in the tune.
I think the start/stop isnāt disabled. Rather, it remembers your last setting upon restarting the engine.
