We are looking to purchase (or trade) four unpainted, non-Sasquatch fender flares.
We have factory Sasquatch fender flares on our 2023 that are in excellent shape.
Located in middle TN.
I only have a few more build pictures, but I should be able to answer any questions concerning the system.
The system consists of:
Two BattleBorn 100ah LiFePO4 batteries
Victron Phoenix Smart IP43 charger/power supply
Victron Orion-TR Smart 12/12-30 DC-DC charger
Victron SmartSolar MPPT 75/15...
If you plan to use them off-road for recovery purposes and are set on metal then I would personally only use Crosby shackles.
I'd highly recommend synthetic soft shackles. We carry two Bubba Rope 3/8" NexGen PRO Gator-Jaw synthetic soft shackles and two Crosby 3/4" (7/8" pin) steel shackles...
I'm looking at a DYI build myself since I have a spare Victron Orion-TR Smart 12/12-18 DC-DC charger laying around.
One thing that I'm concerned with is those DC-DC chargers get very hot, I'd be hesitant to put them anywhere where there wasn't good airflow. They will also derate if they get...
Decided to add a molle panel to the tailgate to pick up some additional storage space, but couldn't find one at a reasonable price.
I didn't really want a table, but since it was decently priced and had a molle panel I figured why not.
The table is solid and has no rattles.
I installed mine by myself in my shop on the ground. I used two jack stands to position them close to the frame and then lifted and bolted up the front end and then work my way back. Very easy install for me.
Since we have the factory gas tank skid, I removed the three bolts on the frame side...
Must be something with these hood struts.
I installed our Redlines and everything went fine, three days later I couldn't find the flashlight that I was using during install. After searching the entire shop and Bronco three times I glance down and it's wedged next to the battery......
Got the RCI sliders installed last night.
Really happy we went with the 20 degree.
They're very well build and install was straight forward.
Can't say enough good things about their customer service. Tim, Evan and crew are top notch.

OK @medguy and @Inlinejohn......move over, I'm officially joining your camp 🍻 .
After our discussion, I decided to pull the pinch seam covers prior to installing the sliders, just to make sure no moisture was getting trapped behind them. We've only had them on for a couple of weeks and any...
Made a mounting plate from 1/8" steel to attached to the roll bar with the factory threaded holes.
Used a 2.5 Lb. Halotron fire Extinguisher and Poly Performance quick release mount that I had laying around the shop.
We also keep an Element E50 up front.
We keep an Element E50 fire extinguisher up front, but since I had a 2.5 Lb. Halotron fire extinguisher and Poly Performance quick release mount laying around from my old Tundra I figured I'd put it to good use in the Bronco.
I made a roll bar plate out of 1/8" steel and fastened the mount to...
First off, I promise the following isn't aimed at you personally or judging your choices in any way, but since you mentioned it.
I'm just not really following the argument that I've seen on here by many members referring to the potential trapping of water.
To me, the Ford plastic trail armor...
Yeah, it's my go-to for releasing outer TRE's.
I've always preferred to use a brass hammer, sometimes you have to get after the stubborn ones, wouldn't want to do that with a steel hammer. Especially because I've had to run the castle nut all the way up and give it a few light taps to free...
I didn't want to say it out loud.....but the cheapest brass hammer that size I can find is $30+ with shipping, that's almost 1/3 of your kit price alone, add in everything else and it's definitely one helluva deal!
If I weren't a blacksmith with a hammer fetish I'd be ordering a kit :ROFLMAO: .
I've priced this kit out and although I already have most of the items, this is a very good deal for someone starting from scratch. You'd be hard pressed to build a kit as complete as this any cheaper, especially with a brass hammer, roll bag and instruction sheet.
Well done sir 🍻
