Replaced My 2022 Badlands (totaled, long story) with the Wimbledon White. I liked the look so this is more after thought than anything. Ruby red is available on other Broncos, Wimbledon White is for the 60th anniversary only. Itās so cool that I expect Ford to offer it on other versions...
In North Carolina I will have the rear windows off from June through part of September. Only throw them back in for road trips. Go safari in the rain. Mesh cover to block the sun. Last year I put the windows in during peak heat in August so maybe Iām wearing down a bit.
I wish leaving the top...
Question. I currently have a GearShade that is wearing down. Looking at options. The Gearshade can be left on with he soft top, which is mandatory for me. Clips go right through a gap between the windshield cross member and the Gearshade. The downside it it flops around due to the gap. Not a...
I poked around on a ā24 Badlands in March. Dealer had marked down $11k which didnāt hit the price I need to swap with my ā22. Told him I needed another $5k and that was the last of our communications. The Broncos I had quoted are still on the lot, with a smaller markdown. Clearly expecting...
Exactly. Just like stock buybacks after the Trump corporate tax cut. Corporations will thank Trump for his input then behave in their best interests. Capitalism 101.
this is a total pipe dream. It is not going to happen, at least not without a massive recession. This isnāt a political statement, it is why the markets tanked.
Be aware that the tariffs shown yesterday are based on trade deficits as opposed to actual tariffs. EU weighted tariff rate is 2.7% per the WTO. Negotiation can still happen, but they donāt have the wiggle room to reduce much.
Tariffs independent of the economy will increase prices. Iāve read 1.5% higher inflation is expected. The big question is when will the recession hit and how hard. If itās fast, there could be an inventory glut and buying opportunity. Slow and Ford will have time to ramp down production, lay...
Most recos are ropes. Your initial question was about straps. This one from ARB is what I purchased. Resist the urge to over spec, believe a Bronco should use 17,500 pound one. If oversized it wonāt get the stretch.
Ropes will last much longer and are more robust. The strap is a lot...
I plan to buy 35 X 11.5 Wildpeak AT4s with modified crash bars. Several posters have indicated zero rub with this setup on stock non-SAS wheels and zero lift.
I might do a 1ā level for looks.
Exoshield Ultra installed after two minor chips in my first year. So far no major hits, though I wonder if they seemed minor in part from the shield. Fairly easy install, few bubbles I couldnāt get out. Will hopefully do better with the next film after this one gets scratched up.
No and especially not on the two door. I have the six, but itās not a big deal. I drove both and both were fine. 4 door, resale, old man āno replacement for displacementā swung me to the six.
