Has anyone noticed the QR code on the windshield behind the rear view mirror? It seems to document the date & time the vehicle was completed. When I say "completed" that doesn't mean shipped, or delivered. In my case the vehicle was completed on June 22, 2021 @12:11P but didn't actually get...
Just curious what your take is on the issue with windshield wipers on the bronco as referenced in this forum thread.... https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/wiper-control-speed-issues-urgent-safety.31809/
Summary of the issue is that it appears that the windshield wipers slow down to an...
The $10k top is carbon fiber. Pretty cool, but big bucks. They also have two fiberglass versions (one piece & three piece) in both black and white available for around $6k
Understood. I am basing my expensive decision on some communication with Advanced Fiberglass Concepts. They took decibel readings with their one piece at 82mph with a 20mph headwind they reported 70 decibels. I am not sure how scientific that is, but using the decibel meter on my Apple Watch...
I don't know.... It looks as though the rails won't allow for the removable tops to be taken off. They appear a lot lower than the OEM roof rack. That could be a non-starter.
You can make fun of the four doors all you want but it's obvious the detractors suffer from build envy because the majority of after market manufacturers focus their products on the four door.
Look, I don't care if you or anyone likes the Baby Bronco (sport), the Small Bronco (2 Door), or the...
Holy crap! I finally got the update. I am not sure if it was resetting the wifi settings, resetting the OTA update schedule, or the exorcism I had done on the Bronco, but clearly something worked.
Now Apple Maps, onX Offroad, & Waze are much more usable.
Although my Badlands doesn't have the same hardtop issue as yours, I completely agree that the hardtop is its achilles heel.
My hardtop suffers from wind noise which I have tried to solve with all the tips and tricks listed in other forums on this site. And for the neigh sayers who are about...
No, you're not the only one. I am beginning to think full screen CarPlay doesn't exist and all the hoopla is nothing more than more "fake news".
All that I know is that "Over the air updates" is a half baked idea by Ford and the dealerships have more excuses than a politician why the update...
On the Tuffy Security enclosure, is it possible to easily drop the front wall so you can put longer items in the back? I am bouncing between the Tuffy and the one made by Diabolical.
The one made by Diabolical looks like it's made much better, but it's also double the cost. Even so, it does...
Ford & Levine's view of "soon" is that It may be in your lifetime. Notice that the trail maps has never been defined as being "soon", so we can expect that to be available to our descendants a generation or two removed.
I'm corn-fused. Thats a lot of moola and effort just to replace the speedo overlay, which I guess I never saw as an issue or a problem unto itself.
It's what is displayed is the problem. If we can get the analog speedo replaced with a tach....now you'd have something and customizing that...
I'd get a different Dealer for service. After receiving the letter from Ford about the drive shaft recall, I called my dealer, they immediately got the part on order and scheduled a time for me to bring it in for the replacement. No "if's", no "buts", no "diagnostic fee".... done and done...
Understood, but THEY should take a moment to set the correct expectations rather than everyone take a wild guess as to why they have not yet received this update. I had my Bronco in the Ford Dealer this past week for the driveshaft recall and specifically asked the dealer to address this...
how much more difficult can Ford make this?
@Ford Motor Company Should we expect this OTA update to work automatically or not? Please explain why some people are getting it and others are not? I am asking for clear, concise communication to lift the cloud of doubt and confusion that has...
