I think I have the same taillight as you do.
There are two little toggle switches behind the rubber cover.
Halogen/LED and Startup animation/ no animation.
Make your other one matches.
Whenever I WOT in 4A, my Bronco will squad a lot more than 2H.
Therefore I think it is faster. If it is not, it definitely makes me feel sportier/faster :p
I would just leave it in 4A unless you toggle between Normal and Sport very often.
I would get a white one if you can. IMO it looks stealthy/OEM.
I got the AVS Oxford White hood deflector. Matches my paint perfectly.
I left mine unplugged. It looks as if I have a hood scoop from medium - far away.
Apologize I only have this picture. I don't take a lot of pictures of...
Required? No. It takes regular just fine.
If you want slightly boost on HP and Torque, use Premium then.
330/415 are rated on premium fuel (says on the fine print)
I personally do premium to get more out of it. Also I think premium fuel has more cleaning additive that is good for the engine...
Thanks buddy. I picked one up at AutoZone, it worked like a charm after a few miles in. Vibration reduced significantly. I guess I should take a pause getting cheap gas at Costco lol.
2.7L Automatic, 12K miles, premium fuel.
Car shakes/vibrates, can feel it on the steering wheel. Not too severe, just annoying.
Only does it at red lights idle in Drive. Put the transmission in Neutral the vibrate stops.
Vibrate stops then the car moves. Drives normal, no check engine light...
In CT, Broncos are driven pretty fast I've noticed.
Me for example normally on the left passing eveyone.
Too many trucks on the other lanes, following them is asking for rock chips.
I4 is cheaper and easier to maintain if you are a DIY'er. Less parts, more space to work with. Most of the serviceable items are on the top.
V6 is harder to work on as the ignition stuff are on the top sides. But it does have port fuel injections to keep the valves clean all the time. More...
I have one, no it does not give you more power up high.
But does makes the car respond faster during low - mid rpm range.
I like how it maps the throttle in Normal mode.
No need to dial back and forth or changing between 2H or 4A.
Shift point is not modified so it is pretty much set it and...
Don't think it is easily fixable unless Ford actually makes them thicker.
Bronco's door window glass feels so flimsy which that probably caused all the rattles as it bumps into the door frame when the road surface isn't perfect. I had a BMW convertible in the past, same frameless window just...
AFE CAI with larger diameter tube to the turbos. Absolutely no difference on performance nor sound. If there is, I can't notice it. Looks cool that's about it lol
The shutter is automatic. It closes when the car is warming up. Opens at operating temp. Just drive normally in Normal mode.
Start the car in Normal mode or Sports mode and go outside check it out. It is closed.
Take it easy and keep it below 4k rpm then you are good.
Using Eco is not really...
Ugly or not. As long as it stand out in the crowd it is a good vehicle.
I want one just because it has 800+HP and 10,000+ LB-FT of torque. Yes, 10K+ of torque.... wow
These Ford techs are just like some of the IT helpdesk guys.
IT: "Just reboot your computer man"
Me: " I did 3 times, it kept happening, what is causing it? "
IT: "Ahh you know... Microsoft stuff. I can try firmware and Windows updates"
Me: "Fine, go ahead"
Aaannnd guess what it happened...
I was looking for one until I found out the engine would only stop if I put my foot firmly on the brake. If I just push it down enough to hold the car during stop it won't shut down.
