  1. How are you mounting your recovery boards

I don’t think it’s stated, but those boards were cut to fit as well. They are 44ā€L+/- and the Bronco is 42ā€W+/- Oddly the ARB boards made for Ford Performance state they are 41ā€L but they’ve never been ā€œin stockā€ to my knowledge. I did see a set in the back of the Bronco I used in Off Rodeo and...

  3. Base Bronco 2.7 Sasquatch or manual Badlands 2.3?

I just did new tires this week. No lift. +18 offset. MT 35x12.50. I have a GRT 1.25 front collar lift of stand by if needed. Bam šŸ’„ Sasquatched M7 comes with the 4.70 gears and M220 already. It was a wink-and-nod from Ford at the start for this set up to be a ManSquatch. When this started you...
  4. Base Bronco 2.7 Sasquatch or manual Badlands 2.3?

The 2.3l w/ M7 is stupid fun. Badlands non-SAS. If you can push the budget a bit, get the High pkg. The cameras and zone lighting are amazing.
  5. Help with badlands new wheel offset.

Need to factor in wheel width when looking at offset. Badlands non-SAS is 17x8 +55. SAS is 17x8.5 +35 Any 8.5/9x wheel w/ 0 to +25 will get you in the direction asked. 17x8.5 +18 w/ OE 33ā€ (285/70r17) KO2 Same wheel. 35x12.5r17 non-SAS. No lift or level. I have a GRT 1,25ā€ front-only perch...
  6. Show us your installed wheel / tire upgrades here! (Pics)

Bought them last year well before I got my build 1/22. I saw them used on a ā€˜21 SEMA build (but custom painted Wimbledon White) I had hell of time sourcing (5) even then. You may still be able to find them in that Titanium color and get them painted.
  7. Help me self-squatch my Badlands

Damn! I got them last year before my build came in. Before the Everglades was announced. I had a lot of issues getting a set of 5 together, but TireRack tracked them down. I just thought it was because of restraints. Didn’t know they discontinued them. Shame. Offset is perfect @+18; splits the...
  8. Wildtrak with HOSS Upgrade or Badlands with Staybar Disconnect? Thoughts?!?!?

High Speed, Whoops & Bumps, long fire roads, HOSS 3.0 Slow, low speed, tight wooded, trail riding, which is pretty much all the East Coast is, Badlands. I use my SBD all the time.
  9. Help me self-squatch my Badlands

No lift (yet) Crash bars removed. MT Baja Boss A/T 35x12.5r17 KMC 17x8.5 +18 I ordered a GRT Off-road 1.25 front-only collar lift, just in case. I’m holding out to see if Ford Performance will offer a OE+ lift or some version of the HOSS 3.0. Otherwise, I’m going to put on (ARB) Old Man Emu...
  10. Time to convert to 2023MY! Mistakes made, if you could start all over, what would you do different?

I missed that the Badlands lost the modular bumper during the first push Oct21. By the time I caught it, it was already in production. I don’t mind the capable bumper, I got the extra light w/ the fogs. But I still look at folks with the modular bumper and wish I had it.

  13. Never thought this day would come.

Congratulation! Man that HOSS 3.0 looks good.
  14. Bronco lifespan

I think the tech, sensors, and especially the electrical system etc.. will brick out in 10 years. Fixable/Supported for another maybe 10. So 20 years. It’s not a snarky comment, I do think Ford has shot themself in the foot making it so tech dependent and fly by wire. Ford doesn’t have a great...
  15. šŸš€ World Premiere: 7th Gen Mustang S650!! [Updated w/ Dark Horse Track Model]

2017 2018 Had the best lines on the 6th Gen. then they šŸ’© the bed with the Flow-Tie šŸ˜‚ now I can’t tell if it’s a dodge or a Chevy coming at me. 5th Gen Camaro & Mustang were their best modern refresh. those designers nailed it. Last of the muscle cars was 5th Gen as well. After that I’d argue...
  16. Drive it like you stole it: PA to LA in 3.5 Days, meet the Red Bandit Bronco

Well written, and a grand adventure out of the gate! šŸ¤™šŸ» (the dealer & start point are local, which was even cooler)
  17. Jeebus, tires are expensive.

that 5x will get you. But yes off-road, and race tires, are expensive. At least with the race tires it’s only 4x. But then again, one track day will destroy them. Motorsports in general are an expensive, disposable income hobby. Nobody ā€œneedsā€ a Bronco.
  18. I need some 7MT owners to lend me their thoughts

10k miles. Zero issues On or off road. Sorry to hear OP and others are having issues. It’s such a fun combination To the 2.3l. have you tried the no-gas 1st gear take off? It’s designed that if you let the clutch out slow, the rpms will raise to 1800 rpm and move without touching the gas pedal.
  19. Do you find yourself seeking more adventures since owning your Bronco?

AMB šŸ™Œ Nice to see a 2 door killing it!
