Yeah, I'm hoping they could work something out. I'm a 7/14 AM reservation, and in no world should anybody expect to be waiting nearly two years for a vehicle. That leaves a lot of time for life changes and hopefully they can work with me seeing as this is happening through no fault of my own.
It wouldn't be exactly "reinventing the wheel" levels of redesign, there's plenty of room on the rear face of the center console and they can move the window switches more toward the center or outside if they wanted. And they could branch the ducting off of the under seat ones if they don't want...
Yeah, a road trip is always on the table, but might be a little rough with the break in period
I don't think they're owned by a larger group, but I'll definitely check. Thanks!
If you really want AMB, I'd suggest switching to a soft top and get your hard top in the future. Either that, or maybe you can get the paint color-matched and have your Bronco repainted in the future? Neither will be a cost-effective solution (and the color-match for the paint may not be exact)...
Hello all,
With the announcement of all unscheduled hard tops being pushed to MY22, I'm officially out of the running for an MY21 (don't want to change to a soft top and have to wait until 2023 for the chance to pay more for a hard top).
Thing is, I'll be moving out of state at the end of the...
4 Wheel Parts should be releasing their body-mounted roof rack at some point, and I'd expect that to have a higher load rating since it's not anchored to the hard top.
We'll probably see a number of other aftermarket racks as well, but I'd suspect that the main thing affecting the load rating...
I'd consider yourself lucky, really. You're getting the harder-to-obtain part of your dual-top order earlier than most, and you can acquire a soft top at any time. Even by mid next year there will likely be multiple soft top options for you to choose from, you don't necessarily have to get the...
I'm confused. Are you a 2-door build? The 4-door Badlands comes standard with the soft top, MIC top is optional. Only 4-door models with a stock hard top are Wildtrak and First Edition. Then all 2-door models (where soft isn't even an option at all).
The hard top email ended up in my spam folder, even after receiving all previous emails in my main inbox and approving the sender. Maybe a hiccup that pushed the 6/25 email to your spam?
Switching to a soft top can speed up your delivery, but no guarantee as there are other factors as well.
Basically, MOD hard tops will not be available in any capacity until 2023.
MIC hard tops will continue to be available 2021 and on, but are more constrained than soft tops. If you want the...
