  1. Why does badlands have the Baja goat mode if it was not designed for high speed off-roading? (No HOSS 3.0)?

If there was only one model to have the 3.0, it should've been the Badlands, as all of the rack failures I've heard of have been in the rocks, not bombing down desert tracks or in the dunes. Desert racing is hard on a rack, but slamming it into a boulder or getting wheel hop climbing a...
  2. Is there an appetite for Broncos for sale

Not sure if you'll find anyone that wants to eat a Bronco, maybe France is still into that I dunno, most people here would rather just buy them and ride instead. Pretty sure you can get close to MSRP for them too depending on how many miles and whatnot.
  3. Why does badlands have the Baja goat mode if it was not designed for high speed off-roading? (No HOSS 3.0)?

It's all mostly a gimmick anyway, they're just trying to balance those gimmick stats between vehicles so none of them are too handicapped or buffed. Baja sucks in baja environments and sand sucks in the dunes. Rock is kind of useful I guess, if nothing else but for the change in throttle...
  4. ASK US ANYTHING

Oh that's an easy one, but I'm currently under an NDA so I can't provide any more details.
  5. First ever front tow hitch - DIY custom made

Sure, let me just buy all of the CNC tooling they operate as well as the huge quantity of stock necessary to keep their prices lower than my local steel supplier, all for my own personal projects in the pursuit of becoming a better fabricator. That's a lot like all the youtube "homemade milling...
  6. Ford reverses decision and will keep AM radio on vehicles 🎙️

I can still see the usefulness, primarily interfacing with older tech...most people get new phones regularly but not so much vehicles and everything else. When you invest in a $400 pair of wired earbuds you're reluctant to throw them out if they still work great. Some of the passive earpro buds...

  9. Tailgate rattle TSB for 2021-2022 Broncos built on or before July 25, 2022

Drip some alcohol onto the hinges, it'll eventually wash the grease off. Mine has a clunk, but I'm pretty sure it's from my tire carrier and not this, because as far as I can remember it only started when I installed the carrier. But the situation is the same for me, only when I hit a decent...
  10. Post your Bronco's garage mates!

    Noice 👌
  11. Wildtrak with Vinyl Floor and Drain Plugs installed! Finally!

In the future, if you need a cross drilled bolt, just grab one of these and drill it yourself. Saves a lot of time and hassle trying to source hard to find hardware when you can just pick up any bolt and put your own holes in it. For thread side...

If they deny it because you have a subwoofer bolted on, that's on you because the subwoofer is removable and you should've taken it off before going LOL

Part of the problem with utilizing the FM receiver in cell phones is that they use the headphone wire as an antenna. You can use it without headphones, but there's no real antenna to speak of and won't pick up a signal. Which is fine, except that a lot of phones that don't make it accessible...
  14. First ever front tow hitch - DIY custom made

Companies like SendCutSend make it super easy to draw out your own parts. You specify the material and dimensions, they cut it however you like and send it to you. For your next welding project, give it a try, you might find that it saves a lot of time and maybe even money. It's especially...
  15. Ford reverses decision and will keep AM radio on vehicles 🎙️

I miss the stupid things they put in there, now all you get are stickers. My kids will never get to experience that. For me, AM radio is handy when I'm bored to tears on a long drive and I've already scoured the entire available FM band. I have no idea what station I'd tune into for...
  16. Low CG, max articulation, and biggest tire size without interference?

Right on, a small diff with a locker would work perfectly in that application. With a locked diff it would operate just like a normal swaybar, but unlocked it would reverse the operation. Wouldn't even need to have a traditional swaybar disconnect as you'd be getting better flex with it reversed...

Not even that, the AM hardware is still in the radio. It's like deleting the driver for a floppy disk drive that was never removed from the computer. It's not as if the hardware necessary to pick up AM radio is costing them anything at all.
