Took you eight years of driving a Camaro to see out of it? ?
Visibility (front and back) is way better on the Mustang. This was a big factor on me purchasing in the first place. I can even (sort of) rest my arm on the window sill when the windows are down.
Park assist, lane assist, adaptive cruise control. Stuff that removes driver awareness from driving. I’m just not a fan on principle.
But just because I wouldn’t use it doesn’t mean anyone else is wrong for caring. It seems like this feature should be on the Lux package.
I would love this but I'm sure Ford's accountants would not love this. Black Diamond with High package would be my sweet spot as well. I'm not going to spend $6k on Badlands just for the privilege of selecting that, though.
Looking at the pre-release shots of the 12" screen it looks cool but...
^ haha!
It would be great if you could just adjust it in the vehicle settings - wouldn't surprise me if Ford included a user setting for that.
When I put a Ford Performance tune on my Mustang I was playing around in the ProCal software and there was a setting to choose tire diameter for...
Very important. I won't buy a vehicle that was made outside of the U.S.A.
That said many "foreign" companies have plants here in the states, and many "domestic" companies manufacture in Mexico or Canada. I'd buy a Texas-made Toyota over a Canadian Fiat Chrysler any day.
right and as much as i'd like the 12" screen, i don't need the fancy 4x4 or bilstein shocks or front locker in the badlands (if the "basic" shocks are anything like the Ranger FX4 package then it's more than enough for what i do). so the price to get that 12" screen on a bronco with vinyl seats...
Correct me if I'm wrong, but after reading a lot I think there might be a strategy that would guarantee you will pay MSRP or less. This hinges on the fact that the Bronco reservations are not dealer allocations. That means if you don't order, the dealer does not get the vehicle on their lot to...
I think they’re talking about the body color. Black hardtop is known to be an option because it comes standard on the Wildtrak. As far as the reservations go, you’re right. You pick the color when you actually place the order, but you can always post your decision here in the meantime ?
The problem with seat chillers is all the ones I’ve seen are just fans that blow air at your butt, requires perforated seats, which would not handle mud very well. Is there some other kind?
I know it’s splitting hairs but I’d like a power drivers seat. Whenever I load passengers on my Mustang (as a form of torture) they go in through the passenger side so I don’t have to readjust my driving position. I get that the manual seats are easier to slide around quickly but there’s a happy...
don't forget the cost of the auto transmission when you switch to v6 - a fully decked out badlands will be well into the $50k range even without the sasquatch package.
i would really like the bigger screen and better stereo but i don't think i could stomach an extra $10k for that stuff. for my...
I'm guessing that beautiful leather interior will come out 2022 MY once Ford figures out how their profits are stacking out. If the F-150 is any indication they will always come up with creative ways to boost perceived luxury and deliver vehicles at all sorts of price points. The only limit is...
I'm not a soccer mom but am debating on the Outer Banks. I don't go off road that often but want a nice customizable body-on-frame SUV which is increasingly difficult to come by. I drove "real" SUVs in the 90s and am just not a fan of unibody crossovers.
I will probably end up with the Black...
Most of the "lag" in my Ranger is the transmission being hesitant to downshift, not the turbo itself. Putting it in sport mode and the thing gets a lot more aggressive. I don't see the problem with these ecoboost engines in a vehicle not designed for straight line speed.
